As far as easy things to make to eat I like to fry quesadillas. Heat pan, spray with olive oil, place tortilla down, place cheese on tortilla to were it overlaps the tortilla all the way around. Add meat if desired and seasonings and add top tortilla. Let fry till it gets nice and brown then spray olive oil on top tortilla and flip over and brown that side. I like to put sliced tomatoes and mayo or any kind of sauce and veggies and cut with a pizza cutter in four pieces. Delicious...hope you try and enjoy
