I'm so tired because this week I decided to eat less and change my usual training routine, doing more cardio, in order to make up for all the holiday food sooner. but you help me to realize that holidays are important times and I don't need to "prepare" for that

I’ve been watching your videos since September and while I’ve made strides in ditching my restrictive diet and eating more intuitively thanks to you, the holiday season has always been a huge anxiety inducer for me. You saying that there is no need for us to “prepare” for the holiday food with over-exercising and dieting is honestly music to my ears and I feel wayy better going into my first holiday season nearly free of diets and an exercise addiction ❤. The bloating after workouts that u were referring to happens from ur muscles holding water to help the healing process (or something along those lines) but w proper hydration & rest it should go back to normal fairly quick
