Whenever grant opens up like this it just reminds me that he’s a real person too. We doubt our abilities when we struggle so much and see others doing it with little effort. This is just a simple reminder that everyone is faced with fear regardless of which pedestal you put them on. It’s only those who can acknowledge and vigorously push through the fear that make it. Much love and respect Grant.

Nice. I like when Grant's shows his weaknesses and how he overcomes them. I have to give Jokko credit for this great tip: if you feel down, tired, unmotivated, do it anyway. If you're going to procrastinate, do it on the taking easy part. But if the next day, you're still like that, you need the rest. Even the hardest workers know to take the foot off the pedal once in a while. We're humans, not robots.

    1. Getting closer to action. 2. Do it anyway. 3. Regardless of outcome go all the way. Think about this. You got no income. No leads. No people calling back. No colleagues. But you got one dream. Take a step forward to action, what action? Any move that directs towards your dream. Does it feel you not moving? Do it anyway, but no matter what go all the way. So it feels good. It feels you going to make it work. Cause you are brother. Good luck!

I then go out for a walk until this feeling goes away. Also it is healthy from time to time to take a day off. This allows your "emotional batteries" to recharge. Wish you the best.

Appreciate the video, to many people talk about discipline and routine but don’t talk about those days when the out of nowhere depression and/or exhaustion starts to mentally out work the discipline. It’s good to see that someone of your stature goes through it as well and helps in knowing it’s just a part of the process and you have to get through it. I tell myself every morning, if I don’t do it who will! My family deserves me to get up and go after it and so do I. See you this week OG 10❌

Thanks Grant for actually sharing this with us. You didn’t have to but the fact you did is much appreciated. It’s about discipline but more about just taking that first step, despite of what’s going on. You know what’s best for yourself but different factors of procrastination (such fear of failure AND success etc.) to just take the first step. Another hack I like to use is what would your future self say to you based on the decisions you make today.

I’ve come to really appreciate and value Sir Grant’s, transparency, his “content and material”….. people , he’s keeping this very simple. Listen and apply his knowledge…. He’s giving away his wisdom right here. Addressing “uncertainty” “fear” ….”push out” the “wake up.” “WHAT DO YOU DO?” ….listen all way through.

As I've gotten closer to 30 years old I've noticed that even the greatest among us have their down moments. Musicians that you think are utter gods, find a video of them warm-ing up or practicing and you'll find they go through the same motions as the rest of us. The trick is to learn how to handle uncertainity. Almost likd blind optimism, you don't know until you try regardless on what thoughts come up. The best you can do is give your current best for the day. Then keep learning from mistakes and repeat. Don't want to work out? Fight those demons and just focus on the smallest step like getting in your car or riding you bike. Focus on the smallest step you can make in the right direction.

"Social Distancing BS" is exactly what this thing is and was from the very beginning. People who follow Mr 10X want to live life. People who accept even the idea of staying home by mandate are only concerned with surviving. Guess who will conquer the world? As if the highest goal in life was only to add ticks to that clock. That's is truly depressing to even contemplate. This video is about taking your first step out, no matter what, and it is right on point. Thank you GT!
