Same happened to me last year, couldn’t stop thinking of meat as dead flesh and I’ve been a meat eater all my life.. haven’t completely gone vegetarian but don’t eat much meat now, some meat substitutes are lovely! x

I loved this VLog! Your Paris vLogs are always such an extra joy. Particularly liked seeing the streets,food, bars and shopping…all the small details. You and Jack fit right in! I randomly experienced an aversion to meat recently as well. I was cooking it and just the smell alone made me feel ill 🥴 I think our bodies know best! This trip looked so fun for just a few short days in Paris 😍 love traveling with you through the vlog as always xx

Viktor and Rolf are one of my favorite designers of all time. I’ve been to the South of France before but not to Paris. I’d like to visit Paris again someday. The leopard print skirt is to die for. I’ve tried going full on vegetarian but now I just cut out red meat.

22:07 yea I went vegetarian about a year ago, and the same thing happened to me. I also had random cravings for chicken, but after eating the meat after not eating it for about 6 months I ended up with the worst stomach pain. From what I read your body adjusted to eating more vegetarian foods. Also meat in general is harder for the body to process so when you make those kinds of switches drastically it catches the body by surprise. Just wanted to add you don’t have to label yourself in a sense just honour your cravings, and eat whatever makes you feel good. 💛

i agree with this! eat what feels good for your body. when i stopped eating meat it was really easy because i became naturally disinterested in it. fascinating to hear that happened when you weren't really trying!

Your extensions can turn orange/pink with certain body sunscreens! Also chlorine pools can cause the colour change as well. Avoid avobenzone in your sunscreens!!

I’ve read that we get new tastebuds or our tastes change every 7 years. Things you may have liked or disliked can flip so maybe that’s it. I suddenly have an aversion to seafood after loving it for most my life so far.

The meat thing happened to me Jamie, never had an issue with it, I went off chicken first, then all other meats, if I tried any since it just tastes bland. Tried chicken again the other day, still don't like it! Think I'm just more aware now of what my body wants and needs. I still eat fish but not too often! Since then have really started to become in tune with my body of what it wants and needs and what to stay away from! Also love that jacket and mini skirt combo! Was unsure when you first tried it on, strange how different pieces of clothing make such a difference to the whole outfit! Hope you had a lovely holiday 💕

I turned vegan overnight after watching a video about the dairy industry - as an animal lover I just couldn't condone eating meat or dairy any more (dairy industry is even crueller than meat in a way!) So totally understand! It was an adjustment but go with what your gut is telling you - it's not natural for humans to eat the meats that we do! 💚

I am currently doing that meat thing right now, just stopped enjoying it and havnt had it for 3 weeks now!! Still eating fish and have to admit not missing meat at all!

You crave what you’ve been eating for a couple of weeks straights. If it’s been salads, you will crave salads etc.
