Hi Tequila, pattern prices keep going up and down. This week McCalls is $3.99 at Joanns. I have no idea if they are just testing to see if pattern purchases continue with the higher prices. I won't be buying at that price unless it's a must have. I have S9716 but I haven't sewn it up. I need to find a good knit fabric. I love S9891 too. So cute!! Manecourse sewed it up and it was adorable. Great haul!

Hi Grace! I agree with you. I get it, but I won't be buying at that price either.
I bought some of the new look for .99 at HL but I haven’t make a big four pattern since I was in high school and that’s been about 40 years. I mostly buy indie patterns but their prices are a lot higher than the big four. IMHO
