Always calculate TC per annum. Don't know why people add all the 4 years of stocks. I have had offers from Microsoft and Google. It always mentioned per annum, not adding all the 4 years of stock. Good job mentioning per annum. ✌🏼

And in all that gov takes away 40% as taxes and use them for there elections via electoral bonds😊

The only edge big tech companies offers more than Startups is there RSUs or stocks. That's the main game changer in the whole equation otherwise in terms of base salary you can get better compensation in startups which I am already getting.

@@vibhusharma2881 what are you talking about? Sure first two years can be at 3.5lpa in service companies but after a single switch, it should be more than 10-12 lacs. If this is not case, either you are being underpaid or something is seriously wrong with you.

Will you get those stock that company gave you in your offer in your first year( the rest of the two years that will be vested) I know it's a little dumb question but to be fair the company included the value of those stocks in your first year CTC so by going with that logic they should get vested right??
