Your way of cooking and recipes are always so inspiring! We're still deep in winter here in Finland (I don't mind, I like winter), so I crave more hardy foods at the moment, but I'll safe this video for spring and summer for inspiration :)

They are very simple! Put them in a bowl, boil some water in your kettle then pour the water on top of the noodles. Soak for 2-4 minutes, try them to see if they are cooked, strain, coat with a little bit of oil and you're good! ☺️

I had most of the stuff on hand to make that first vermicelli noodle salad, and my goodness it was AMAZING! I used edamame because I don't like tofu, and instead of gochujang I subbed chili oil and a little bit of leftover peanut butter for some body. Delicious and filling!

I hear your concern, but it’s just a funny shirt I was given and like to wear as pjs. Not everything has to be taken so seriously, it’s just a big cotton T-shirt, not something I’m preaching or talking about. Just because it says something funny doesn’t mean it’s not a totally useful piece of clothing that can be worn and enjoyed. Yes I’m sharing on social media, but I’m just a normal person and random things end up in my lap that I find useful. I think it’s much better to use what you have and thrift than to buy something new

Try not to make your own personal views & discomfort someone else's problem. If a shirt or a message that a stranger is displaying makes you that upset, perhaps you need to rethink your own views & mind your business. I didn't even notice the shirt, and there's nothing shameful about it. Learn to interact with the world around you & other people in a healthier way and maybe you can find peace.

If knowing another human being does a normal, natural thing causes a ~huge effect~ on you, maybe you need to step back and reframe your way of thinking. Leave strangers on the internet alone - just because you watch them on youtube does not mean they're your friend, and it's so incredibly rude to offer unsolicited "constructive criticism" and tell them to stop doing something you don't personally like. Your views mean nothing to anyone but yourself, so keep them.

Girl, cook those oats in nut milk with a pinch of salt! It tastes 100% better. I use original almond milk. I like overnight oats as well. Enjoy your videos, as always! 😊
