Fef would honestly be the one stealing ducks from the pond, instead of tavros, along with all the other animals from the nature preserve. That or refusing to pay the fines she gets from trying to feed wild animals (she refuses to accept her coddling them might be bad for them) Eriden’s crime would depend on if the others can keep him out of extremist pipelines. If they can, he’s just getting arrested for assault (anger issues), tax evasion (incompetent + rich), or violating his restraining order (clingy loser + rich). If they can’t, he’s 100% joining some pro-genocide femboy discord server and committing hate crime, if not flying off to join some active war crimes against some group he’s radicalized against. Sollux gets arrested for hacking and leaking industry/military secrets, or doing cyber crime to ruin the life of one guy that pissed him off. Probably his boss after getting fired due to being overly toxic online. Tavros gets arrested for a crime Vriska or Gamzee do (the cops just ignore he couldn’t have done it because they’re pricks) High Gamzee arrested for drug possession (weed) and possibly public indecency. Sober Gamzee, honestly, could be anything, that man checks off charges like he’s playing the world’s most fucked up bingo. He is dedicated to going down in infamy at the expense of everyone else with bipolar disorder. Vriska is gambling, money laundering, counterfeiting, and killing for the mafia. Or just for herself if she doesn’t join organized crime and somehow doesn’t die in a shootout. Aradia: Grave Robbing and Vandalizing. Equius: Destruction of property. Posssibly drugging or similar if Aradia presses charges and her lawyer can argue that hard coding love into someone violates. Some kind of law. Assuming she isn’t arrested for assault from trying to drink blood, Kanaya is getting roped into whatever Vriska is doing (she is down bad) and being charged as a collaborator.

Equius would go to jail for accidentally injuring someone when he meant to tap them lightly

Gamzee would be arrested for selling drugs to kids

i know this is a video just 4 fucking around but if ur gonna mention vriskas murders there's a couple other points to bring up for this 1. if we're treating lusus hunting like either mass pet homicide or parental homicide then that def would be a case for arrest for nep 2. terezi is at least partially liable (legally) for murders committed on vriskas behalf as she was compliant in helping feed vriskas lusus, as well as being said to have killed plenty herself 3. gamzee is a drug addict, and as far as current laws go abuse of drugs is a punishable crime 4. eridan has a similar case with nepeta for lusus hunting 5. feferi has a similar case with terezi for compliance in homicide, though to a lesser degree for animal murder and not troll murder

Equius does suck. Hes number 2 on my most hated list
