Thank you, this is very helpful. Im a very new player and im going for a hybrid stat.. Somewhere between Hording and disentchant low rarity cards from archetype I like the least. It´s really pain to get a decent first deck. I propably will go for full hoarding too once i have some more cards and Decks to play

I do it with cards that i know i will never play or thing that are REALLY bad, goldens that i don't use regullary and duplicates. I like to have my collection even if its not spectacullar. I just latelly began to buy wild packs from the year of the dragon because i liked that year and i just bought classic packs on those years, im trying almost to get every common (just 3 expansions left) and i rediscover some commons that are very usefull and others that are just sad fillers (i am seeing you Arcane Servant). Best card I ever crafted , golden whizbang. Disenchanted cards and crafted that. I know it's for wild but it's great

Don’t think I’ll ever go back to Wild, but formats like Duels or Twist are pretty good and favour a varied collection

one thing is togg druid and priest are actual decks, and togg druid is actually good. other than that good video

It's funny because I just disenchant EVERY card that isn't really in the deck that I'm playing at the time and have 3 accounts with specific decks that I build every expansion and then dust everything when it rotates out. Downside Is ofc managing those 3 collections differently. Since I left hs years ago when I came back I had new decks from that return reward thingy (120 days) so it was no biggie to start going down that path

I use the ,,if it's not a common, shaman, warlock or druid card" dust it (unless it's new expansion in that case I wait for the nerfs)

thank you very much for this!. im new and wanted to know all of this, so my only question is, should i disenchant every "normal" card if i already have two golden version of that card?.

If you like the animations of the golden cards then you should disenchant the normal ones. If you want more dust for other cards disenchant the golden ones. You can only have 2 of a card in each deck so pick whatever option you like more

I only dust my cards if I get duplicates and if something gets nerfed and I have both golden and normal copies, I dust the golden

i have 3 of the same card. should i disenchant 1 to have a total of 2. only need 2 of 1 card, right?

yeah you'll only ever need 2 of 1 card. Unless it's a legendary card in that case you'll only need 1 copy of that card

I don't spend money on this game. I play it for free. And I hoard. But if I have more than two of a card, I will disenchant.

The problem is I absolutely love duels almost as much as the main game😢

just play 1 clas and have all the cards disenchant the rest

i m a returning player and while i could dust alot of my old cards...i m not sure i will. because its a card collecting game in the end. did you trade in all of your blue eyed white dragons to craft one or 2 random crappy normal cards that are newer back as a kid? NO Its simple: dusting a card to craft a new card will ALLWAYS be a heavy loss in value. You said: ''you ll never know when x card will be good in wild'' .. you can also translate differently: You ll never know wich gamemode you will enjoy playing in the future. Imagine you re this guy ''oh me go standard, me go full on tryhard ranked'' and you dust EVERYTHING thats not playable for standard so you can build one or two new meta decks and grind... but what if... in a year... you dont enjoy standard anymore and you might want to be a wild player instead because it looks way more fun to you now? guess what you cant... because you dusted everything for pisspoor recraft value... i did this mistake in the past. multiple times... and every single time, i regretted it a while later. I had all the cards back in the day before they announced the rotating standard format, almost nothing left of it. And it gets worse every time you do it. Because if you take a collection of cards and dust them to craft a fraction of its value as new cards... the next time it rotates you take a fraction of your initial value to craft an even smaller fraction of its value... so effectively your collecton shrinks over time instead accumulating ''value''
