My LMP was on 2nd June,2022 and Frozen embryo transfer done on 24th June,2022. Beta hcg after 18 days(12th July) of frozen embryo transfer was 3678, and after 24 days(18th July) of FET it reached to 58012. Now after 40 days(3rd Aug) of FET beta hcg is 272059. Is my beta hcg level increasing in good shape ? Or is there any symtoms of risk ? Please suggest

Just had my embryo transfer on Aug 15th and had my beta HCG blood test today. Came back as 22.1. I can say I am definitely nervous because my first IVF transfer was 90. Testing again Saturday and hoping it at the very least doubles! 🙏

Thank you so much for this. I did a hcg blood test today at my first apt.I thought i was 8 weeks along im going through the hook effect 2 positive faint line test and 2 negative. Dr seemed confident she said at my apt today my pregnancy is not rulled out she says im 11 weeks and 1 day along. But due to the hook effect the Hcg test was needed. i guess i will know soon once my hcg levals come in. Then i can proceed further 🌿💙👣🙏🏾☺

A week ago my HCG levels were 245 and today i get my test done. Its day 8 and my HCG is 4460. What do you think girl ? Can yoi guess any gender or week ?

My last period is was October 28th. I was due for period today. I tested Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday n was positive 10 different tests then I test today n negative I went to bloodwork yesterday n she said my hcg was I think 3 so she had to mark me negative I’ve never tested positive unless I was pregnant. So now I’m worried it could be something else technically today would be more 4 weeks .also in comparison to previous testing when I had to test due to surgical they where all negative below 1

That’s strange, perhaps a chemical pregnancy?

I got my period march 12-17th and a week later I began spotting and my breasts were sore so I took a test and every one came out positive . The doctor saw nothing on the ultrasound . I bled for about 4 days . My HCG was 46 2 days later it’s 20.8 . Haven’t bled in 4 days . Still testing pregnant at home today tho . Am I pregnant orrrr lol .

LMP was April 7th thought I was about 7 weeks this Monday when I went in but only measured at 5weeks 1 day HCG levels are 3,968 and my progesterone is 5.5 I have only done the first blood test second one tomorrow but will have results til Monday 🙃I’m scared. Because the progesterone is low I had a miscarriage at about 8 weeks in this January and my HCG level was about 150. this is so stressful and hard. I’m trying to stay calm but google is telling me that it may not be viable because of the low progesterone Thank you for the informative video

I’m a breastfeeding mom of a 13 month old. My periods just returned in April but my last period was May 22nd. I went in for ultrasound which they seen two sacs, no heart tones yet, and my beta hcg levels were 230.77 which it was normal for weeks 1-10 weeks gestation. Does 230.77 really mean 233077? And do you think this adds up to around six weeks of pregnancy? I go back on Thursday July 27th to recheck levels. Does this seem concerning? Please reply back.

Is 300 HGC good for 3-4 weeks? My girlfriend went and got hers tested yesterday and they was at 300 and they said they should double by Monday, she usually comes on her period around the 10th or the 11th…

Hello, after 6 weeks your hcg levels double about every 96 hours. I’m sure if your doctor is concerned she’ll have you tested again. Good luck and congrats!

Hello. I got my hcg levels done and they were 3201. I started cramping and decided to go to the hospital which was 4 days later and my hcg was 3179.6 . It dropped 25. I went again today 3 days later and it’s back up to 3245. When I went to the hospital I was measuring four days early at 5w4d. There is still no bleeding slight cramping here and there but nothing major. I’ve had 4 previous miscarriages before this. What would make my levels go up but not double? Could I still have a healthy pregnancy?

Hy dr 1 march my hcg level ia 402.30 mIU/ml my lmp 26 jan .2024 Nd second one is 5 march 996. Not duoble im worried my dr said waith 2 week for altrasound

Spotted 27th march which was supposed to be period date .tested positive 28th march With no pregnancy symptoms ( strange because I’ve had multiple pregnancies before And symptoms would start before k tested positive) Been having some period cramping And spotted what looks like a pink blood. Did i pregnancy test yesterday ( 4 weeks 5days pregnant) and both lines came back very faint. Still not pregnancy symptoms Cramping again today but no spotting and my cervix feels a a bit open Could this a sign of a miscarriage or an ectopic ?

How do you determine if your four weeks if i have irregular periods? I tested with a pregnancy test on the 21st of this month and have been doing so up until today October 24. They haven't been dark lines, just faint.

The doctor tested me she said I had a faint positive, I went in for hcg blood test it was 26 I came home and tested again and I also had a faint positive but she called me today and said I am not pregnant which doesn’t make any sense ?? 😓

So if you are about 4 weeks that would be considered normal, your doctor will want to test again to see if the rates are increasing. Congrats momma!

Hii Doc, My sister took the test today and came to knw that she is pregnant with the HCG levels of 3954mIU/mL. She tested after about 4-5 weeks. Is the results true? Are there any complications wrt to the HCG value? Is the baby healthy? Please provide me a brief insight of the case. Waiting for your kind reply

Ive done bloodwork last week and got around 90 and they requested another bloodwork after 1 week. We done it yesterday then got the result back by our health portal and it say it just went up a bit since it is 120 something. Got my 1st& last period July 2 so should be atleast a month. I don't know what to feel anymore and just anxiously waiting for the phonecall... Been waiting for this 1st pregnancy moment for 6years. 😔😔😔

I went in for a Pap smear on July 17th and spotted the morning of but I thought I was just starting my period. It never came so I took a test on July 21 and pregnancy test lit up positive. Made an apt for August 14. I began spotting on August 2nd and freaked out. They did a test and ultra sound but couldn’t see anything at all. They took my blood before I left and called me the next day to tell me my level is 1,428 and will have to check me again tomorrow. I’m so worried because the spotting hasn’t stopped but it hasn’t Increased and it’s a dark brown color with a little stringy. I was told it could be just too early. I was fine until the spotting, now my dr freaked me out saying since there’s is no sac, nothing, it can be ectopic.

@@monikasharma5980 I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy. My right tube popped and had to have emergency surgery to have it removed. I was told my ovary was still ok that I can try again. We tried again this year in March but I had a miscarriage. I just turned 35. I decided to take a break and focus on me and my husband for a while. I still have hopes it will happen one day but I’ve decided to focus on my current blessings.

I’m at 11 dpo And blood test was 20. First response gave me a very clear positive.

It’s possible but the levels did increase and everyone is different. Your Ob will be your best source for all your questions!

Do you have to be at least 4 weeks for most pregnancy test ? Can first response detect 3 1/2 weeks ?

Hello you don’t have to be 4 weeks, the tests do become more accurate if you test close to your missed period. However the more sensitive tests can detect earlier. It also depends on the person, some women ovulate earlier or later in their cycles which will effect when the results show. Hope this helps!

I just took my first HCG blood test 1/4/23 and it was 96. I had 2 miscarriages already. I lost my 2nd pregnancy on Dec 6, 2022 and 2 weeks later I got pregnant again. She wanted to test within another week from my first one on 1/4. So on 1/13 I took another blood work and she had to call me herself☺️ to deliver the news. My levels went from 96 to 4,819 within a week and I was 5 weeks when I took the 2nd test! That's a big jump! You think it may be more than one?

Your video has been very useful for me !!! New follower 💖 I have a doubt, I hope you can read me 🙏🏻 or someone can help me solve my doubt. I had an HCG test a month ago (it was when I just found out I was pregnant and had it done to confirm, my result came out 554), on 08/24 I had an ultrasound and they told me that there was sac and embryo but it was so small yet that they couldn't confirm neither development, nor heartbeat yet. The doctor thought I was 8 weeks and 4 days (according to my last period) but by the size of the gestational sac apparently I am one week short (7 weeks and 5 days) so now I have to come back in two weeks for another ultrasound to confirm if there was indeed a mistake in the calculation of weeks or the baby is not developing. I am very worried and scared because it is my first pregnancy, I found out about this issue of HCG hormone in pregnancy and on my own I did a test today 08/26 and it came out 37020. Watching your video you say that the hormone increases every 96 hours from week 6 ( today I would be 8 weeks according to the size of the sac ) and I was thinking of doing another HCG test this Monday ( 72 hours after the previous one ) do you think I can see a considerable increase to know if the pregnancy is going well? You have had a considerable increase between tests so that is great! Out of curiosity are you doing blood tests at a clinic? I wouldn’t be too worried about the ultrasound and LMP dating being different. Some people ovulate later in their cycle. Congrats!

I’m doing the test on my own in a X lab, not especially in a clinic. Today after 3 days I had another HCG test and the result increased only 300 🥺😞 I know the result is high but I don't know if it is normal that it increased only 300 in 72 hours 😭😭 I also don't know if it has to do that I am already 8 weeks and maybe the levels at this point are no longer doubled 😞😞 I hope everything is ok, I just have to be patient and wait for my next ultrasound in a week. Yesterday I went for my second ultrasound to see the development of my baby and unfortunately it was no longer developing and the sac just absorbed the embryo because of how small it was (something like that I understood), but the sac was empty so they told me I should start my expulsion process 😔 It was my first pregnancy so now just have patience and be strong to try again.

My hcg level was 73 today which the doctor told me is slightly elevated and could be an early detection but my at home urine tests are negative..what could this mean? Btw I have pcos and rarely know when I ovulate ...doctor said it's possible I could be pregnant and to start taking prenatals..now I'm waiting for my ob/gyn appt..thoughts?

73 is considered pregnant. Most at home tests should detect these levels. I’d try a different brand

Yes the test is negative but you’ll need to test after you actually miss a period for the most accurate results!

I just got my + on my 6th cycle ttc#2 👏🙏🌈. I had a chemical on 4th cycle. The last 2 cycles we did iui. I got my blood drawn yesterday & it was 521. Im currentpy 4 weeks 5 days. So anything between 10-726 for 4 weeks os good. I am going to have another blodd draw done tomorrow though... But they don't say it needs to double every 2 to 3 days.They say it just needs to go up by fifty percent. If it doubles even better but it doesn't have to double they said.

Hi, My LMP was on June 8 th( normal flow). I was with my husband from may last week to June 3 rd. 8 never had a missed period before; it's the 1st time. I did HCG urine, it was negative. I did 2 nd time and I could see a very very slight line. I'm worried 😟. I don't think I'm pregnant because, my period was like normal flow. I don't know what happened?

Based on your message I’m assuming you didn’t have sex after your last period. If that’s correct it would be strange to have a period after conceiving, however a faint positive is still a positive . Continue to test and see if the line gets darker or scheduled with your doc!

Maybe you could help me, I'm about 4-5 weeks pregnant and my hcg levels started with 114 (4/10-22) 290(6/10-22) 590(8/10) 826(10/10) 961(12/10) 1207(14/10).. but we have seen a pregnancy develop from like nothing to a bag and a yolk sac and maybe a tiny embryo.. I'm so confused and worried but my doctor don't say anything..

Gotcha so you put the day and then the month. If your doctor is tracking the range and your pregnancy that closely, ie testing every 2 days, I’m sure everything is just fine. Congrats!

Hey its my 2nd week ... my LMP was 17,June now it is 25 june.. i tested HCg .. my hcg is 125 is it good ????

Last pregnancy my levels were kinda funny, after I tested positive on a urine test I went in for blood work immediately due to being high risk for ectopic because we had a tubal reversal… first HCG confused my dr because it wasn’t even a 5. Went in for 2 weeks every other day, numbers went 3,8,13,24 34 then shot up to 90,000 in 48hrs . Dr sent me straight to ER was sure I was having an ectopic. When I got there Dr on call was sure as well so he got me on an IV and mentally prepared me for possible surgery. Of course they made us do an ultrasound before and during ultrasound the tech looked at us and said you guys have a perfect sack with a perfect fetal pole and in the perfect spot this baby isn’t going anywhere, she is 2 now. Just found out we are pregnant with reversal baby number 2, 4days before my missed period went in for blood work same day and count was 24, 48 hours later it was 70. I was getting bummed out because I see so many 4 week mommas with counts in the 300-500’s but still remember how crazy my numbers were with Blessings so I’m definitely using that experience to stay positive go back tomorrow for my 3rd round of blood test, dr says as soon as I hit 1200 he will send me in for ultrasound to make sure baby made it safely to the uterus❤

I’m 7w2d pregnant and I went to the ER for bleeding today. My results for HCG were 115883 mIU/mL. Isn’t that pretty high for this stage? I don’t think I was ever that high for any of my previous pregnancies. They said baby was fine, and they aren’t quite sure where the bleeding is coming from exactly or why. They also mentioned sacs with an s, however in the report for the transvaginal ultrasound they seem to only note one baby with a heart rate of 161

Hi I went for my hgg blood test March 12, 2024 and it was 442. Then went again after a couple of days March 14,2024 it was 901 . I am currently about 5 weeks . Can you please tell me if this is okay .

Update please

7 weeks, pregnancy test showed line almost dark as control line. 9 weeks test again, faint lines on multiple tests include adding water to pee. Could hcg be naturally going down without a miscarriage? No bleeding, hoping its not a miscarriage. Thanks

I started a period Friday was shocked to find Saterday when had a blood test for a procedure was pregnant at 25.51 saterday at 4:30pm Monday at 11:00 am was only 35 today finally got a positive urine test at doctors office sent off to check progesterone and Hcg again to see if miscarrying

Hey I just missed my period last period was 11/17-21. I missed my December period and took an at home pregnancy test a few days after missed period start date. Test came back positive. I did a digital and line test. I woke up today 12/18 and went to pee and when I wiped it was light pink. Then as the day progress the flow became heavier and darker in color. Went to the er after a few hours of noticing the pick up in color and difference in color. They did a urine test and a blood test. Urine came back negative. But my blood test HCG beta total quantity, serum is 54. They’re advising me to make another blood 4:10 test appointment in 48 hrs. What do you think? Im so concerned

Hi there and thank you for watching. The hcg levels are within normal range for up to 5 weeks pregnant, however you won’t know more until they test again. It seems like the urine test wasn’t sent I’ve enough. It should have been positive at over 25. Wishing you the best!

hey girl the same situation is happening with me. I had a positive pregnancy test 2 days ago . I did three brands and all of them were positive. Yesterday morning I started spotting brown. It progressed into the day and i decided to go to the er. They did a vaginal ultrasound and said it was too early to tell anything but my HCG level was 6. Is it possible that this is implantation bleeding and i’m like 5 days pregnant? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi doctor. My wife’s hcg came out 7.9 yesterday. Doctor has advised us to repeat the test after 4 days to confirm. How does 7.9 sound to you ? Doctors calculation is she is at 3 weeks.

Wow! That’s a good question. Did they do an ultrasound? If the doctor thinks that is what the HCg is indicating but you want to questions it go to another doctor for a second opinion or set up a follow up with the current doctor. Best of luck to you and congrats on your baby!

I’m 7 weeks and a day pregnant. I did my first bloodwork 03/20/23 hcg was 53.079 and progesterone at 12.60 I came back for another repeat bloodwork 03/22/23 and levels dropped a little bit, with hcg levels of 52.037 and progesterone of 11.10, my ob said it is still too early for a scan and I have to wait until I’m 8 weeks. I’m scheduled on 03/27/23 but due to the decreased levels my doctor wanted me to come back tomorrow for repeat bloodwork to compare values. I hope everything goes well with my pregnancy, married for 9 year and we’ve been ttc since..

@@CaelaCook hcg and progesterone is trending down, hcg was still within range but slowly declining, progesterone dropped to 8.4 then I repeated bloodwork on 03/27 progesterone picked up to 9.6 my ob gyn gave me progesterone capsules for 12 days but she said due to levels trending down it is most likely a non viable pregnancy. I did an ultrasound as well which showed gs and ys without fetal pole and yolk sac measuring 5 weeks instead of 8 weeks. Either it’s a non viable pregnancy or miscalculated days but I’m always certain of my days. Doctor discussed options with me including d&c or taking cytotec to induce bleeding. But since I’m not experiencing any bleeding or cramps I would wait until about 10 weeks of gestation and repeat the ultrasound. Still hopeful to turn the situation around. I’ve researched clinical cases like mine which heartbeat was seen on until 10 weeks. Not ready to throw the white towel yet.

I hope everything works out for you me and my wife have experience over 11 miscarriages and she is correctly pregnant now the only option for us was Ivf and it’s been a long journey may god be with you and who ever else is going through this as well may god bless you all

On November 28th i had hcg level test done and it was 81,675 and then today december 7th it went down to 77,596. Tuesday the 5th of December i had ultrasound and heartbeat..it was 168 and baby measured at 8 weeks 6 days on the 5th. Getting ultrasound December 8th cuz dr is concerned. Anyone else experienced this and baby be okay?

@@CaelaCook I had a pelvic exam yesterday and she told me it was only a little bit of blood and I go back on December 5 to Discuss my blood work. All I can do is pray for a better outcome

My hcg level was .50 and went to 1.00 in 48hrs they are doing another blood test tomorrow to see what happened in a week.. I was supposed to start my period Monday..

It’s definitely on the high side, but everyone is different! Maybe it’s twins!

My period didn’t come yet but I had spotting and some symptoms. I did the pregnancy test and went positive I did the quantitative it was 11360 . After 2 days I repeated the quantitative HcG it was 16,670 is that normal it didn’t double?. Iam worried because I had a previous Miss carriage. NB: the spotting stopped 3 days ago

Hello, have you spoken with your doctor yet? The doubling metric is an “on average” that they look at. It also depends how far along you are. Let us know what happens, wishing you the best!

@@CaelaCook yes figured out i was 6 weeks pregnant but that means I took the MMR vaccine while pregnant. do you know anyone who took it accidently and the baby turned out fine?

I just got my blood drawn this morning and my hcg level is at 611.3. They want me to come back in 48 hours so hopefully everything is ok

Hello! You’ll need a second test to verify how far along you are, try not to worry and talk to your doc for their professional opinion

So I’ve had 3 faint pregnancy test and went to have blood work. My blood work is < 5 so that means I’m not pregnant right even thou I got faint lines on the pregnancy test

Hello! Hcg typically plateaus around that time so it really depends on how drastic the decrease is. Is your doc concerned?

Everyone’s levels can vary, if your doctor wasn’t worries you’re probably just fine!

My levels went from 4500 last week (week 4) to 7853 (week 5). I've had some spotting this week and they're concerned that my hcg isn't doubling every 2 days but I also read for week 5 I'm on the high range. Any advice?

Hi thank you for the video I got missed abortion 2times in 1year now its 3rd pregnancy So m on bed rest till 12 weeks My 1st HCG was 135 in 4wk then 550 in 48 hrs then 2000 to 5000 but in 6week my hcg wasn't doubling but increasing So I started taking hcg inj every 4th day Now its 7wk 4 days running and my hcg increase to 36945 mIU/ml Hopping for the best 🙏

Well I've been getting so many faint faint positives.. & last night I had 3 definitely but still faint positives.. but then today negative digital. Any faint line is considered a positive. The same thing Happened to me with eight fluctuation once I got my positive test. I did another video on this that discusses positive pregnancy lines not progressing. Definitely check that out and let us know what happens! Good luck!

4 weeks today and my hcg is 44.6 😭 so worried. Going back in two days to see if it’s going up. Just seems low to me! My other pregnancy was 117 at 4 weeks
