Yeah it's plain looking. But unfortunately the PS5 looks like some sort of production line anomaly.

its both x86-64 based, but the proprietary UI's & tailored game specs of each console encrypt the disc data from even being read

I almost had a heart attack when he pulled out the GameCube disc.

It literally has a logo for Series X on the game case.

I love that controller shell, isn’t it by extreme rate? I wanted to get that for my controller as well, but I picked up that purple chameleon color for my switch and it’s controllers

The console said make sure you are using an *Xbox One Game* instead of series X. Confusing.

Wow bro sick video. Didn’t know a foreign disc wouldn’t work. Wow.

The reason why it was not giving an error message for the wii disc was becuase the wii uses a special type of dvd and and it thought it was a movie becuase it was a dvd but nintendo used a special way of storing the files on the disc for security so the xbox was not able to read it

12:45 the reason it's all staticy like is because thats how data on more primative cd systems were read, the audio file is literally just game data

Kinda crazy that games used to only take up 16GB? An all time classic like Super Metroid was just 2MB! And even that was considered on the larger side for a SNES game. Many other older games probs much smaller.

it looks like a stretched out version of the xbox one with an upside down power button and the ps5 looks like a router with 2 papers

So a quick rundown on which games are backwards-compatible on Xbox Series X & S : - ALL XBOX ONE GAMES are backwards-compatible, w/the exception of Kinect-only titles. - 577 Xbox 360 games are currently backwards-compatible on Xbox Series X/S & Xbox One. - 30 Original Xbox games are currently backwards-compatible on Xbox Series X/S & Xbox One. Also keep in mind, backwards-compatible Original Xbox, Xbox 360 & Xbox One games will look & perform/run better on Xbox Series X/S. This includes frame-rates, loading times, resolution & auto-HDR.

Yeah all Xbox consoles let you manually take out discs, but I would have still been worried as well, because I feel like it would be harder to take it out because the disc is so small.

Xbox doesn't support adaptive triggers, haptic feedback.or any cool controller mechanism. PS5 has 3D audio aswell. Just face it PS5 may never have better hardware but it appeals to a lot more people. Don't get me wrong I loved my Xbox one but like they didn't change anything for the X. The design is basically the same except thicker and the ui is just the same. If Xbox said they will discontinue Xbox if they lose the console war (which idk if it's actually true or not) then Xbox is finished.

If a disc ever gets stuck, it's actually not too big a deal to pull the XBOX apart and get the disc out by hand. It's not the easiest thing, but it's way easier than you think. =P

For the first game you download a patch and you can play it. I had to do the same with my One X.

Interesting video. I have to admit I was most interested in what happened when the GameCube disc went in and was disappointed when you didn't go through with it. I dont blame you though, honestly would not have done this either.

I can tell you exactly what would have happened if he did... NOTHING!!! Because obviously putting any disc into the console that it wasn't made for, doesn't work.

It takes 20 minutes to find out what happens when you put Spider-Man in the wrong console. Why. I’m not even mad I’m just disappointed.

Xbox Series S doesn't even have a disc tray and he won't buy it if he has the series x

The way you put the disks back in the case is really frustrating. Scratching every disk up.

if a disc gets stuck in the tray theres a hole in the left side of the vent so u can push a toothpick in there and the game comes out

Using Emulation Dev Mode which you can get by buying a key for £20 you can play almost any game

Only like 39 Original Xbox games are compatible. LUCKILY, the updates to the list should resume in 2021, now that the BC team has mostly wrapped up making sure X1's library (included those games already BC) would work on the X|S
