Dustin Hughes is a great dude. My grandmother passed away when the A's were in Detroit a couple weeks ago and Dustin as well as the rest of the A's staff were very kind to me on very difficult day after her passing as well as the rest of the series. Thank you Dustin and thanks to the Oakland A's and thanks to Zack Hample for these videos.

Hopefully I’ll make it back to Fenway at some point this year, but not sure. Hey Zack. It's Ryan. If you remember, I'm the guy you took selfie with and talked about the two HR's you caught in the 2021 ALDS. I only end up getting one ball a tossup from a field staff and it's the 50th ball I've gotten. It's funny how I see too much of myself in this video from the beginning to the end. I tied you that night at Yankee Stadium with two balls… as a stadium employee. 30 minutes of bp for me with not many fans in the building yet helps. Gave both balls away to kids. But these balls don’t count in the ever-so-meaningless stats of mine since I’ll never catch you and I wasn’t there as a fan.

Seeing Kenley Jansen up close, I’ll give you that; but, most people “group” Fenway and Wrigley together and you don’t show Wrigley the same kind of love. Would you ever consider doing a video there from the rooftops or the street or even in the park outside? Just curious why you don’t give it the same love as Fenway.

A rooftop vid would be cool. I need to do that. Fenway is way more chill. Other than that one grumpy usher in RF, you can do whatever you want and go anywhere. At Wrigley all the ushers in the infield are grumpy and out to get you, so it's a much different experience. But I still do love it there. Plus the Green Monster is one of a kind. The ivy is cool, but the Monster is way cooler in my opinion. Plus the Red Sox are the only team in New England, but there are two teams in Chicago, so there's more love locally for the Sox than there is for the Cubs . . . in my opinion. So Fenway gets the top spot.

As much as I have been a cubs fan since birth, I think you nailed it. I haven’t been able to hang out along the foul lines since the mid 90s. In the summer at least half the “fans” are from out of town to come for the experience. I don’t get to Sox park nearly as often considering I live out of Chicago but I do notice that the people in the ballpark are fans not tourists unless the Yankees are in town. Still the rooftops would be an experience.

What do you think of last place in the AL East would be first in the AL Central. Do you think the playoff structure needs to be addressed?
