Its phenomenal that no matter what im going through in life, whether good, bad or just being present, that Sadghuru answers something in an eloquent manner, that just happens to relate to my circumstance. Synchronicity or not, that may be. Im blessed to hear his wisdom and understanding

Thanks Sadhguru. There was a phase in my life where I had too many “confidence without clarity”people in my life. I had always been self doubt kind of a person. This used to steal away my peace a lot. I felt something was wrong with me. I felt low on confidence, high on confusion and doubts. I wasn’t at peace with my real self. But slowly I’ve come to realise, my self doubt all this while has kept me on a better and wiser path, even if I didn’t realise it at the time. Today when I look back, I sense a lot of clarity in my thoughts. And I feel at peace with who I am. I just needed to hear this. 🙏

It's amazing how he can fit the answer to the average man or woman, however there are a lot of people out there who assume that everything they are thinking and doing is wrong, so for these people they need to regain their basic self-confidence. I think he failed to address that fairly enough, apart from that it's another great answer

This was a really good short clip. With the rise of the "Western European Powers" came the "tampering" of the great teachings and truths left to us by the ancient world. For example, "Man know thyself" was replaced with "believe in yourself"! The truth is, it's better to"know" than to "believe"! Thus to have self doubt is not entirely a bad thing! Good clip! ✌️😐

why do you think "western European powers" "tampered' with anything eastern? They actually copied eastern mysticism and took it west. If you are referring to the judeo-christian bible, it is an eastern book, westerners only translated it to their language..

I think we may have a problem with semantics, I'm fairly confident Sadhguru was warning against arrogance. In most things, unless I know them inside and out, there's room for doubt, with one exception, I never doubt myself and no one should. I never doubt that I can grow, get stronger, learn, overcome any obstacles, and achieve anything that is possible in life.

Those can come from emotional trauma. You already mentioned a solution: To observe, how you create those thoughts makes them accessible again. Another would be to work on the emotions. But that needs a safe place with understanding people.

Please I beg someone to answer me !! I meditated today for the first time thinking of lord shiva and was listening to karpoora gauram karunavataram !!! I went into a state where I started feeling bigger and bigger but I was also shrinking !!! I was entering a dark place , didn’t see anything or anyone , felt as if millions of doors were opening ! My head was lifting up , bending backwards as if I was about to lifted up in the air ..I feel light ! There is something in my ears some kind of wall made of air !! Is it normal !!!
