Too slow to charge up. Fleet/PTA is better

Yasuo takes a longer time to stack it up and it's just worse because you don't do extended trades in midlane. Yasuo is also too squishy to put any of conqueror's lifesteal to use.

I appreciate your answers! That kind of makes sense; a slow build-up and sustain is insignificant. So only PTA and fleet are go to. @McNoobySon and @RadishHead7
