I heard this being said before, but I can't find any legal support or reason for that postition. Where are you getting that definition of a felon from? According to the Oxford Dictionary, a felon is someone convicted of a felony. Nothing said about sentencing.

Yes! There is a an excellent lab test for a-synuclein which is what causes Parkinsons, Lewy body Dementia and a few other diseases. Each is distinguished by clinical symptoms after the a-syn test. The movement problems which accompany LBD look like Parkinsons-We could see and hear this entire picture during the debate and elsewhere. This neurodegenerative disorder goes downhill, sometimes fairly quickly. Inappropriate entirely for the US President.

It's amazing to hear that some on this call would rather have an old man SUFFERING from cognitive decline that is very hurtful and confusing to him. You are willing to sacrifice him on your alter of abortion, DEI, and globalism.

This is such a great dialogue. I watched closely my stepfather experience Parkinson’s for 25 years. I know it well. I’ve been saying for months that the symptoms that Biden is exhibiting are exactly what I observed with my step father. He may very well have early stages of Parkinson’s

Dr. Nan Hayworth is absolutely correct about Lewy Body Dementia (LBD). I recently took care of a close relative with LBD. Her symptoms were similar to Parkinson’s symptoms but it was ruled out. She also had LBD for much longer than we knew and wasn’t diagnosed with it until three years before her death. She was very good at covering up her condition and it wasn’t until she came to live with me (for two and a half years), that I could definitely recognize her symptoms. She remembered people but forgot words and sentences. It is scary how similar Biden’s symptoms were to hers during the debate.

LBD includes movement symptoms that are the same as Parkinsons. These are two diseases caused by the misfolded protein, alpha-synuclein. There is an excellent pathology test to find a-synuclein disease. These are all degenerative, terminal diseases.

I’m a registered Independent and I will NOT vote for the Democratic Party after what they’ve done the last four years.

He was propped up since campaigning from his basement. Having said that I do not take delight in his humiliation, but I do watching this debacle implode.

The plastic surgeon that said Biden has had face lifts makes sense. Stretching that skin probable explains a lot of his resting facial features and not blinking.

The person who advised Biden’s campaign to get him a speech therapist is spot on. My mom had Lewy Body Dementia and I hired a speech therapist. It helped a lot for a while and she became less anxious about her dementia because she could describe how she was feeling.

Mark, A thought that I often think when encountering long, tenured leaders that can't or won't pass the torch to a younger generation is. "they have been in leadership for so long, have they not mentored or trained younger people during their long tenue that they would feel comfortable them taking the lead? if the answer is no, then shame on them for not "training" their replacement or mentoring the next generation of leaders.

I will vote for Biden even if he's on life support because I want to stop Trump. I have trouble voting for Kamala, but I understand a vote for Biden is a vote for Kamala. In 2020, I felt Biden would last for 4 years so Kamala wasn't as big of a threat. That is no longer true for 2024. This race is 100% about Biden's VP running mate. Biden at the top of the ticket is inconsequential. The VP on the ticket is what's important. A few months ago there was serious talk about getting someone to replace Kamala as Biden's VP running mate. It was suggested that Kamala could be removed possibly at the convention. I would like to see her replaced because she's a disaster performance-wise, and I find her agendas are untenable. Any way the wind blows.... Kamala was trying to portray herself as an advocate for BLM in 2020 when they were burning and looting our cities. She tried to cover up her history of tough prosecutions in California, which was in direct opposition with her newfound BLM-aligned agenda, in order to embrace the latest destructive radical violent fad. More recently, she jumped on the Gaza bandwagon when the Administration was trying to remain neutral. Was this because she wanted to be an independent agent and voice opposition to her own government, with or without pre-approval from the Administration, or did she act without thinking on a critical issue. I'm really concerned abouthl Kamala's lack of common sense, and her lack of continuity and discipline with her government and advisers. Add this to her lack of experience, willingness to adopt toxic and radical policies*, and poor public performances, I think she's a real disaster.

Anyone who works in the govt knows these senior officials think the govt works for them, not that they work for the govt. Bien wants to be President so he expects his people in the govt to help him get elected. Senior officials dont change their mind, and they absolutely dont admit to being wrong about anything. You cant even get that type of introspective thought out of people at the GG/GS-15 or General/Flag Officer levels, let alone elected officials.

I do not understand why people give Trump a pass after the mountain of evidence the Jan. 6 committee developed. I’m a somewhat left of center Republican. I just don’t get the Republican party’s collapse on this issue.

Although I'm a registered Republican, I always vote for who I believe is the best choice for the country at that moment in time. I think the Democrats should put on their big boy pants and dump Kamala. If they want to win, they need to put forth the best candidate they can find and extol the qualifications of that candidate. The immediate concern should be removing Biden from office, not "waiting and seeing if he comes to that decision." Congress needs to act. I don't want a Trump presidency either, but we need to focus on the serious issue in front of us now. The longer he stays, the sooner our enemies could act.

Isn’t it a fact most politicians have narcissistic personalities? Many very accomplished business owners as well. We had a really nice President Jimmy Carter, no narcissist tendencies, how did that work out?

In my view, the reality is this: before the debate, it was Biden's policies and tenure against Trump's legal battles and challenges. Even then, Biden was struggling but had some points in his favor. However, post-debate, the spotlight shifted solely to Biden's cognitive abilities (often euphemized as 'age'). Sadly, Biden has no compelling rebuttal on that front. There is no way for Biden to spin it and consequently, Trump is poised to surge ahead, leaving Biden powerless to catch up. If Biden stays, he will lose.

Your polling expert - you can't be serious saying the number of independent voters is much smaller than either party voters. Plus voters are like me, registered but only because I want to vote in primaries.
