I did a 7 day fast. It would have been longer because I didn't have a finish timeline but God broke it for me. While on fast, on the 7th day, I walked into a farmers market with my wife and suddenly had the urge to break fast. When I sat down at a table with wife started to cry and pointed to a posting on the wall next to us. The menu listing breakfast items had the title "Break thy Fast." Everything I fasted for came to pass.

Fasting is not fun fasting is not fancy Fasting is powerful. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I did one month in a cabin alone in the woods to seek God, cut out all things of the world and just held fast to God, and oh my WORD, I came out so completely free, renewed and transformed words can't describe it, praise be to God! Jesus changed me so much that ALL that ever matters to me is Jesus, obeying Him, pleasing Him, and honoring Him. He made me so I couldn't be hurt or upset or scared or lonely or sad for myself (even in the midst of tremendous physical pain). It was all Jesus! I loved my family mote but I didn't NEED them anymore- if I never saw them again until heaven, it doesn't make me sad, I discovered that knowing Jesus was the true key to unending joy and contentment in all things at ALL times. Seek God with ALL your heart and you will indeed find Him and become brand new and radical

Fasting long enough on only spring water is Def most powerful. My breakthrough only came when I kept fasting on water. As long as I ate even fruits, no breakthrough!

I fasted for my mother and experienced sleep paralysis with ugly demon. Didn't connect the 2 for at least 10 years. Right after that fast, mom was a different person! For the better! Almost unbelievable how effective it was. Now about to do it again to find suitable housing for her and me (showing signs of dementia/I'm homeless).

Thank you I have needed to hear that. Fasting keeps coming up as my solution. I have been doing battle with a demon I can't quite bind with prayer alone. I know God hears my prayers, but I am pretty weak from this on going battle. Doctors put me in a medically induced coma, to give my body a chance to build back up, and regain my strength. I woke back up and couldn't talk or move from the neck down,. They had me hooked up to a machine that was breathing for me, and my memory of what happened to me was gone. I could tell I was in an ICU unit, but didn't know why. Couldn't ask why. I still have some physical issues, but I have been praising God For every miracle milestone I have be being Blessed with. Satan was so mad... That he keep's me under attack. So... It seems fasting is next. Thanks for the video you posted. Satan is grasping at straw's, and I have a big Book Of matches. I call it my Bible. The milestones I was referring to are learning how to use all my muscles again. It took me 4 months of physical therapy to be able to stand and walk again. I had to learn it all , all over again. To sit up (without any help) was the hardest thing of all. Feed myself, bathe, dress, and go the bathroom alone just to name a fed. Buttoning my own cloths is still a tricky thing for me. I'm getting there though. Still having some weakness in my core. Have a good week end all!

I tried this 21 nights w/o dinner...then in 16 nights without dinner, in the morning while i am in the garden, i saw in sky a huge eye,then i ask myself what is that, then tears in my eyes came out, and just came out my mouth,My God! My saviour!..then i took my camera and taken a picture.And in 17th night without dinner, in the morning i saw again eye in sky,it is more clear than yesterday...then until i finish til 21 nights without dinner...i realise that the eye of God is everywhere...thanks God that He show me this mysteries, that i never knew before....now when i am eating in the garden, first thing i do is, look in sky, and offer God to eat with me...

Wow. I'm currently taking down notes from this as I truly appreciate all the teachings I learn. It's been really hard to overcome financial difficulty but I've always worked and tried to be the best I could without God but now that I'm his smh it's like she's strange!!! He does dry fasts but personally..I feel I need to drink. He does say that fasting is spiritual warfare..I recommend listening to him.

I’ve always had a double feeling with fasting, as if it were egotistical, which is why I never felt completely easy with doing it... however, observing my habits and my wishes of building a closer relationship with God, I see the importance of fasting and how the devil has been lying to me. The church has made a lot of spiritual disciplines very works-based. Like their "doing" this or that is what brings about the breakthrough when 100% credit should always be given to God. So yes, fasting _can be_ egotistical. You can even hear the ego in this teaching. And no, it doesn't mean that God cannot and will not bless pple through this sermon. Whatever level of faith one brings, He blesses! I am still learning about these things anyways. Still getting deliverance from a works mindset (we all are). One thing I will say I have had Revelation on is that the disciplines (prayer, fasting, etc.) help us so we have the correct mindset to receive the blessing/breakthrough when it comes. The fasting doesn't "cause" the breakthrough-God causes the breakthrough!! The fasting gets us to the mindset God needs us to be to receive the breakthrough (so we can handle it the way He wants us to). Another thing I have learned is that a discipline like fasting for e.g, compresses time-like pushes the fast-forward button. There's more but I'll leave it here for now.

I haven’t been moved by a Pastor like this in a long time. Jesus, I need your help on this journey. It’s not easy. But I need your help. I do. Desperately. To live above sin. By God’s grace. To stay away from desirable food for a period of time. To grow spiritually. Jesus help me.

I find this very interesting - I am very new to Christianity but know it is all real from my own experiences now. Long story short I started fasting for health benefits while I was Vegan - not for religious purposes. Then one day I was paralyzed with an describable euphoria in my truck for 3 hours - pure love, peace, tranquility. It was simply amazing. After that moment my life changed - lost all fear, anxiety, hate, anger, regrets, everything bad was stripped of me. This is the first time I have heard the story of Daniel and his fasting with only vegetables..... which is the same route I took without knowing the amazing consequences of doing so.

Sir, have you follow through with: Acts 2:38 KJV Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Please ask Jesus to fill you with the Holy Ghost to give you Power, spiritual gifts, and the evidence with speaking in tongues. Please ask Jesus for His wisdom before you read/listen/study to the Bible (KJV) to Renew your mind, cleanses, and Audibly to build your faith EVERYDAY. Please do not associate with unequally yoked lukewarm Christians or Unbelievers for they can weaken you. Ask Jesus Christ to help you to forgive others and yourself. Please ask Jesus to send you the right Christians associates in your life, please get Jesus confirmations too because the enemy may try to send the wrong ones or old friends your way). If your Doctor ok for you to fast with what type, the basic are dry, water, water/juice and the next concern is how many hours. I personally started small hours with 6am-12n, then I increase the hours dry, water or water/juice it depends if the Lord personally told you specific. It's safer to Fast/Pray on an off day from work, also consider the hot weather too. Do you use pure extra virgin olive oil that's is prayed over by Jesus leading an anoited born again minister? After the Holy oil has been prayed over, then you can pray with faith by anoiting a small amount on your forehead and then wash off. The Holy oil can be used for deliverance, protection, healing (leave on)...(if not allergic) use small amt rubbed in hand apply to entire face and ears. You can use in the home, doors entrance, if like windows, cars, etc. Please Keep out of the sight of children/teenagers. [Pray without ceasing]. Please get in a mode of 'Pleading the Blood of Jesus' constantly with *Faith, over yourself and others. The enemy is always up to something but prayer is our protection from the Lord Jesus Christ.🙏 Blessings.

they is nothing like fasting for work, promotion, sickness etc the purpose of fasting is to increase you faith which is spiritual so that you may move the mountain eg its like you are in a gym weight lifting, you gym to increase the power to light the weights.

Whew.....oh my! I was led here and I PRAISE GOD for that! I have tried to do this Daniel fast twice the past two weeks, I got discouraged and broke my fast. I almost wasn't going to try again. This has given me the inspiration to do it this time! I have faith that I can deny myself for sacrifice to Lord for 21 days! Please pray for me!

@@meltenaellis216 I did too..but in last 2 mths I've fasted three times for 2 days..felt God's presence and seeing changes in my life and others.

I don't do the vegetable fast. When I fast I only allow one coffee in the morning. Maybe a piece of hard candy for dry mouth. Anywhere from 2 days to 7 days. Usually 4. If you pray fervently while doing this, you can feel the presence of God. Your prayers have power. Thank you Pastor Jentezen for teaching on this often neglected observance.

Fasting is what the bible says it is. Denying yourself food and water, denying yourself everything save for vegetables and fruits. Some deny themselves food and water completely. Some deny themselves food but not water. If you take coffee, that is not fasting. This is not to discourage you but to state what the bible says. May God help us. I asked God for strength because l used to practice emotional eating.

Fasting is giving up what takes your attention away from God the most. He clearly said he felt God's presence. Daniel gave up meat and bread, yet still ate vegetables. Jesus gave up food but not water. It's different for everyone, especially those just learning.

THERE IS POWER IN PRAYER AND FASTING. THE PRESENCE OF GOD FLOW MIGHTLY.

I fasted today. You feel less attached to the flesh and your own flesh. Makes the spirit free .

Inspired to relaunch my prayer and fasting. Faith without works is dead indeed. If He could sacrifice the life of his one and only Son, surely I can forgo something in reverence for my God!

Lord Let me be Greatly Desirable in your Sight🙏🏻

Saints please keep me in . I started my fast this morning. I’m praying for 21days. I’m tired of some sins (like gorging junk food) just tired! & I’ve been 🙏🏽for change & I want change. I know I’m gonna be under attack but I know in whom I believe. I know I can do all things thru Christ & I know He will give me strength but I’m a little afraid & nervous, i’m shaking at the thought of no junk food. PLEASE just pray for me & that in 21 days I can come back to this page w/a testimony. Thanks & advance.

..in the modern church we have reduced fellowship with God to feelings and intellect..no outward manifestation. "I demand of MY people a physical act of obedience before I release MY reward.. and FASTING is one of this. Physical obedience releases physical power and supernatural forces of heaven...healing, etc ".higher level, higher angelic protection" halleluYah!!

Remember when you fast it’s between you and the Father in heaven pray and fast help others and live for the Lord. Jesus is coming! Repent from your sins get baptised before it’s too late! Father God and Jesus loves you and is always with you and will protect his people from the evil one. Faith and works the world will hate Gods people but you are safe with Jesus! For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. That’s amazing praise the Lord and Jesus Christ the Almighty!

Praise God, the great I AM, I did a 2 day fast then ate again. This video has moved the Holy Spirit powerfully on me. I am beginning another fast til the Holy Spirit releases me. I just desire a closer walk and my hope is to have a visitation from the Lord. Also for my prophetic dreams to increase that I may share with believers and unbelievers alike. Thank you Jentzen. For your obedience and preaching of the Word of God. There is a famine in the Land for the true gospel not prosperity teaching. Thank you.

Our father has been really speaking to me about fasting came across this so conformation this is what I need to do , I have never fasted in my life but truly feel the lord has something in his amazing plan for my life to go forward with this I can't help feel deep down it will change me forever

This is a beautiful sermon... God gives us the strength for anything desirable that He wants us to stop doing. If you are willing to listen..He comes thru for you. I stopped fornication... and I feel no attraction to any man that way...I asked God to quiet my flesh and He did. It has been an amazing life, filled with peace...and if God wants me to have a man, He will bring him to me. I fast and pray and I am always content.

Thanks you Abba Father for leading me to this sermon. I have no idea how this video popped out before me. It was no coincidence, i know. It is your grace. God is calling His church to humble and fast and pray because things are coming our way, but we must be strenghtened by Word to withstand. Count it joy when you go tru temptation or trials, when you are patient tru it, you will be perfected. You have need of patience....

Justin Morgan dude look into all the research on fasting...nothing weird about it...it gives your body the energy to heal rather than digest food. Massive anti aging benefits...science show telomeres lengthen after fasting which are an indication of your biological age

Please all true Christians must listen to this message, very important to keep the faith strong

Don’t ever doubt my angels

Stopped halfway through my day today to start fasting. Shooting for 40 days if not im definitely hitting 30. I need to be closer to him. I need to be obsessed.

Once I started fasting and praying I had started hving visions where by am now starting seing whatever mi enemies are trying to do but at first I could hv nytmares but I fasted n give mi life to God all the nightmare went off but still I ask Brethren anyone who knows more about this whenever I fast n pray I end out seeing charms n all the traps which my enemies are setting before mi hallelujah is it good or that shows what
