10:38 The Doppler effect is actually a fairly simple concept. Waves appear to become shorter (blueshifted) as they travel towards you and longer (redshifted) as they travel away from you even if it's the same length the entire time. That's why everything in front of him is blue and everything behind him is red when he's traveling at those insane speeds, because from his perspective all the visible light is being pushed to those ends of the spectrum. You can even experience this with sound waves in real life if you listen to something like a train or an ambulance as it passes you, with it getting higher pitched as it approaches and lower pitch as it leaves.

"someone is gonna figure out how much the stick figure weighs with these numbers" my brother in christ, in the momentum part it literally says 50kg (he'd be 49kg if you wanna get precise cause he's holding a 1kg ball, and the rope seems to be of negligible mass)

9:22 It's a coil gun. The difference is that a coil gun doesn't require contact with the projectile. It also uses a series of impulses, energizing each coil in sequence. Overall, a coil gun is less powerful than a rail gun, but is also easier to make, use, maintain, and is overall more practical.

As Caboose would say 'time is made of circles, yes I am familiar with the concept' In Alan and his friend's gaming and reaction channel they do reactions to his videos as they are released and Alan shares some of his insights, He mentioned his Lead animator is a physicist and provided the script for this and the math one. They also debate the Headcannon of both the vs Math and this video happening in orange's head as he is in the cell between episodes in the mainline Animation Vs animator.

As someone said in the original video, the orange from singularity didn't go to the begining place. The mode choosen by the singularity orange seems to be something about alternate dimensions and basically the singularity orange went to another universe (dis might mean more animation vs something) How the theoretical loop works tho, idk But everything after the worldsheets and worldline is string theory afaik

  • @johankaewberg8162

The expansion when approaching the singularity illustrates increasingly small things that would be torn apart by tidal forces. Then physics break, and we get closed timelike curves (time travel backwards). Talk to Kip Thorne.

  • @loganator3565

At the part when he met himself and at the end when the other one took the hat and dipped, it was actually a time loop created by the two of them where the one with the cowboy hat would enter into that time void, and the one without one would be waiting to explain the loop.

mass can travel at any speed below the speed of light, it just takes more and more energy to accelerate it's kinda like a graph of 1/x: going to infinity at zero, but being finite for any number above zero (1/0.0000001=1000000, for example, 1/0 is undefined usually) similar thing here, energy required to travel at the speed of light is infinite, but getting near the speed of light is possible with enough effort (actually getting that much energy is a challenge obviously)

3:30 "Can we know how much a stick figure weighs from that?" huh....... didn't think about that..... yes, we most definitely can. in fact, I'll do you one better: based on that, we could calculate not only his raw strength in combat, we can calculate how much power he'd be outputting when blasting an opponent onto a wall, how strong the wall may be considering how much it buckles, and whether or not the resulting explosion would be comparable to a nuclear blast. hell... I'm sure Matpat is already on it.
