Today we have an extraordinary guest who has spent his entire life traveling through the esoteric realms, quantum physics, and the ultimate mystery of life itself: Anthony Peake. As a child in 1966, Anthony Peake's curiosity knew no limits. Unlike his peers, absorbed in the world of Batman and Superman, Anthony felt irresistibly drawn to the arcane and the mystical. It all started when he came across a book titled "The Sky People" by Brinsley Le Poer Trench. From there, he delved into works such as "Man, Myth and Magic", "Trojan Horse Project", by John Keel, and "Passport to Magonia", by Jacques Vallee. This awakened in him an insatiable appetite to explore the unknown, turning him into a lifelong learner who wanted to know everything about everything.
His educational path was equally diverse. At university, Anthony chose a plethora of subjects to feed his growing curiosity: sociology of religion, theory of language development, and even Italian Renaissance art. But life had other plans and he guided him towards a management career, in which his intellectual concerns took a backseat, although they never abandoned him.
In 2000, a twist of fate allowed him to take a sabbatical year. Seizing the moment, he channeled decades of research and curiosity into writing a book. After an exhausting but satisfying year, the manuscript of "Fooling the Boatman" appeared, an attractive mix of quantum physics, neurology, ancient myths, altered states of consciousness and the enigma of death. The book took five more years to go on sale with a new title, "Is there life after death? The extraordinary science of what happens when we die", but the wait was worth it.
