To survive Dread you have to escape from the room, that is, leave room 13 or 14.

now i know, before i thought he was actually a super fast entity that just starts from the latest non-despawned door but no- he spawns somewhere for sure and slowly approaches you and if he gets close enough he ruins you

They should add more to Dread than just an invisible NPC that slowly follows you. Perhaps add a special ending if you somehow beat DOORS while Dread is active.

I thought dread was just a time limit until you got out

i found dread today and this was my experience : i waited with my friend in the lobby and then the lights of the doors we opened broke. we waited more and the lights of the lobby broke. then we went normally and suddenly my view got tunneled and black and white,then i died

I think they should add dread to the normal game. I think his design is really cool. Maybe he could be added to one of the next floors. Edit: I mean he should spawn normally instead of just after waiting an hour in room 13.

honestly, i'd like to see someone play doors normally while this little fella chases you up until door 100 it's probably not possible though, since if you go through the next door dread will despawn. oh and also cutscenes n stuff.

@@TahaTheGamer2024dread is slightly transparent. If you look closely (brightness up) you can see a shadow of dread’s outline. That’s why he was walking around so much while looking back in the video.

dread can be crucified if you have a cross on you when he attacks he gets crucified like every other entity

You cannot get dread with modifiers tho…
