Probably the same as when you started, because when you get skill points, you can choose what stats to use it on and then that makes your rating go up So yeah it's completely manual and sim can't change that

I think the reason it has to be ultra attacking is because not all managers like their goalkeepers going forward even if theyre losing for example unai emery

Back in old fifa career modes, you could call them up by holding rb

you can change sliders to give opposition 0 pace, 0 goalkeeping and your players 0 shot miss. Plus, you could change alisson jumping and header stat
