No we don’t. The people on these reality contest shows, regardless of skin tone and gender, are seeking fame attention and their 15 minutes. It’s a tv show. It’s fake. Sis wasn’t crying either… she’s just getting more attention to feed her need for it in this interview. She’s as fake as the guy.

The only black woman that do good on theses shows are 10s, like literally size 4 or smaller. A good example is Shauna from milf manor 2. She's like a size 4 model. Or Lauren from love Is blind. Or Brianna from married at 1st sight (she gained weight recently. Look how she looked when they 1st met). Yes you can do good on these shows but you cannot look average and that's the reality

This part. Every chance Chris got, he shot his shot with the other girls. He only stayed with Tolu when he saw it wasn't working in his favor.

But you knew that before going on the show 🙄 these shows have never worked out for darker skin black women. They include 1 maybe 2 black women in general, just satisfy their diversity quota. 🤷🏾‍♀️

You could say that about the world too, though, specifically US. Dark skinned women aren't preferred, but it doesn't mean that we should sit in our houses and never try. It worked out for Lauren in Love is Blind. You'll never know until you try. Finding bozos along the way is guaranteed for us, though.

@@DualPippa black women need to go on the shows that are more for them. Like Ready To Love. They still have some bs over there too but you’re not battling men who simply don’t find you attractive because of your skin or ethnicity. We have to get past that first. It’s so juvenile. The men that come on those shows like Perfect match, love is blind etc want non black women and preferably white women. Lauren and Tiffany were special cases out of all the dozens of couples that didn’t work out or that they didn’t air on the show.

It is ridiculous that black women expect other groups of men to be attracted to them, if an Asian or white man prefers his own, that's normal, you can't get mad at them. It's not to say that no other group of men aren't attracted to black women, there are plenty very successful couples out there. But the vitriol that bw have about not being "preferred" should be reserved for black men (though im not sure which sane woman wants to be preferred by a bm), they hate you, don't take out your frustrations on other groups of men. I absolutely adore Tolu. But it was sooo obvious that he wasn’t into her and it was just a bit to try and stay in the show. I was yelling at my screen for herto boot him to the curb. She deserved so much better than any of those men!

I want to say this to everyone that writes such comments: you aren’t in there!! You don’t know what he’s saying to her when cameras aren’t rolling, you don’t know what producers are feeding her/him, you don’t know her mental state when she’s secluded with limited options and no outside opinions or a BREAK from these people. You never went home from a date and realized “Wait. That guy sucks?!” Yeah. She never got to go home.

I first saw Tolu on Netflix’s “The Trust: A Game of Greed”. Haven’t watched “Perfect Match” yet, but I can’t see how Tolu would let someone use her… watch “The Trust” then evaluate, make it make sense.

She’s beautiful let’s be clear, but I don’t feel sorry for black women going on these shows. Those yt men have a Eurocentric beauty standard and they shouldn’t be ostracized for that. It’s normal to want someone who looks like you. Stop subjecting yourself to this & then complain about it
