LaVine will still face his inevitable trade fate sometime in the offseason or next season. LaVine’s problem is that he thinks he’s an alpha when he’s a beta player. His lengthy contract doesn’t help the situation the Bulls put themselves in. My thoughts are that he will be traded to a team who will have the defense necessary to cover for LaVine’s defensive weaknesses. Plus, the team will have an established alpha on the team so the ball doesn’t have to be through LaVine. That should prove somewhat easier for LaVine as he doesn’t burn through his durability on the floor.

Fair take. Not his fault our front office sucks and overpaid him.

Bad coaching and situation Injuries are unfortunately apart of the game so that hindered some growth on the court but the teams he’s been on and the situation those teams were in before he got drafted there are the biggest reasons for him not being as respected as he could be The talent is there but since him leaving the Timberwolves that group of players around was and still better than what the bulls and akme put on the court

Injuries and bad coaching doesn't have an effect on why he hasn't grown as a player individually overtime he's become a great scorer but he hasn't gotten better on D, Hasn't evolved as a playmaker inspite of having the ball in his hands and hasn't gotten strong enough to be a great rebounder inspite of his amazing vertical Yes those things you stated factored but it's not the even close to why he is were he is

Zach LaVine is NOT a true franchise player. I see him as the third best player of a championship team. Him being paid #1 money is NOT gonna lead to a championship. LaVine is a good player but NOT a true face of the franchise.

Notice how well the Bulls are doing without him? They're not a serious contender but they're definitely better off. The ball moves more, the overall team defense is better(though not great)

good video.. few things: 1 - no matter is his health was perfect, Zach was never good enough to be the #1 guy on a contending team. He has shown us over almost a decade that he has very bad decision making skills. I would put him in the lowest 1% in the league as far as decision making. He just doesn't get it. 2 - blaming anyone but him for his issues is weird 3 - he can't guard. simple.
