I haven’t spoke up on this. And this video had a comment saying that girls of different religion or skin could not audition. Me being a Muslim wanting to really be on the SAKS channel. My two parents were really encouraging and wanted all the best for me. I auditioned in 2014 and had received a mysterious call on my moms number saying that ‘she wasn’t the right fit’. My mom asked why and they said ‘just look at her’. My mom got offended and so did I. I had auditioned several times and eventually got a passion for something else. And after 6 years later now I know who and why that person didn’t let me go on the channel. 1) i had Muslim blood in me. 2) I was dark. Now I know who and why they rejected me to go on the channels. I’m so glad now that I wasn’t selected. It hurts that one of the girls had been assaulted like that. And that I was saved from being in a bad environment.

They were my childhood! It’s crazy how I didn’t realize that all of that went on behind the scenes. I used to watch them a lot when I was younger and I didn’t think anything of it. I feel so bad for those girls.

i remember when i was younger i absolutely IDOLIZED kaelyn lol i used to be pretty religious as a child and i would pray every night and hope that i would wake up and kaelyn would be my sister! she was honestly the coolest girl, and the entire channel made my childhood so much better. i'm heartbroken about the scandal and what happened, but i'm glad a lot of the girls are doing well!

it makes me sad just to think about the girl who got touched, and how she might feel guilty seeing all these comments. (even though the guy probably deserved it and its not her fault whatsoever)

It’s so sad to hear this, I was so obsessed with them and tried my hardest ever to go to their meet and greets (I never did) I was shocked hearing that it wasn’t their parents doing this stuff and it was a creepy dude. It is so nastolgic to look back at the videos that are published by some people (it’s not ok but every once In awhile I look back to them) Ik everything is temporary but I wish they could’ve lasted longer:(

Thank for all of these informations :) i was really confused about what happen to them and finally someone took a little moment to explain. I’ve seen one of these girls on my for you page on tiktok and the comments was full of people’s saying “what happen to the seven super girls“ and I was worried because they were all my childhood :( I’m just so disappointed but I’m also glad that 3 members of them are active

I used to watch SevenSuperGirls back in 2015/2016. I love their videos.

katherine and rachael were my favs,so sad that everyone’s childhood had to be ruined :(

kaelyn was the star in my eye of SSG. she was everything to me. i wanted to get the chance to even see her in real life. i was so excited to even hear her name or watch a new video each week with her in it. i always loved the pizza challenge video. it always brought me pure joy. SSG helped me when i was sad. i miss it.

I’m going to cry that was literally half of my whole childhood their skits always made my day even on my bad days 😭😭

katherine and rachel were literally my internet “sisters” in a way,, ssg was literally my life, and i would wait everyday for a new video after school. it’s crazy just thinking about it.

I'm depressed now. I had no idea. This was my childhood. I remember getting pneumonia and being out of school sick for a month and I watched the heck out of Seven Super Girls. I thought it was so cool having a group of friends. I recently had the channel come into mind again and see where it was at now, and I didn't think it would be this bad. That is so terrible.

I literally just had a wave of nostalgia i used to watch this channel years ago and this ended up in my reccomended-

lowkey from the start the parents of the SAKS girls should've had a hunch that a 50-year-old dude starting a small yt company with all teen girls is creepy but it was nostalgic and a big part of the 2010 decade

I remember watching SSG literally every single day when i was like 7. I didn’t know it was managed by a man in his 50s. If that man didn’t managed them and no creepy old dude managed them, and they still make skit videos, i would honestly watch it.

Does anyone remember how sad it was when a girl would graduate from seven perfect angels and then go to seven fabulous teens? It waslike some rite of passage but looking back it wasnt like a typical nct sub unit. Just meant they had less time on the channel

I watched them when I was growing up, At the time I didn’t know English and they helped me learn English. I love the them ♥️ it’s so sad I feel bad for her

They inspired me so much... and when I heard about this I couldn’t believe it. Every day when I got home I would just watch the videos.
