it's ok alhamdullillah i've found it!
I cried like a baby in my car while listening to this. “We don't be grateful enough for every blessing that Allah’s given us. Even the air that we breath is a blessing.” Alhamdulillah, thank you for this reminder.
The Sheikh at my local mosque was speaking about the ayah during his Tahajjud Khatira last night. The answer's C-Surah Luqman and the verse is the 34th one- Indeed, Allah ˹alone˺ has the knowledge of the Hour. He sends down the rain, and knows what is in the wombs. No soul knows what it will earn for tomorrow, and no soul knows in what land it will die. Surely Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.
Dr. Omar's question was "What is the verse in Juz 21 that mentions the 5 things that only Allah knows?" A. Ar-Rūm B. As-Sajdah C. Luqmān The answer is C. Luqmān.

May Allah accept our actually of ibadah and forgive our short coming. When I had a fracture and had to pray sitting, I realised what a blessing it is being able to pray standing.
He is still well mannered and shy too. Alhamdulilah
I also experienced something similar a few years ago I had so much difficulty to breath and even to eat normally then I realised how blessed we are just to breath. Alhamdulillah

This was me some nights ago and my major concern walillah ilhamd was I must complete my witr b4 the call to fajr adhan, ramadan is once a year, what if I don't make next day or next one. May Allah remove our difficulties and replace it with Hos love and complete Afuw and grant us victory and jannah❤

Just a quick note to say that in the 30 for 30 Ebook Chapter Twenty Two (p.180), with specific reference to the ayah relating to only men, it was Umm Umara who questioned this, not Umm Salama. I know this because I am named after Umm Umara and it’s a story really close to my heart (amongst others relating to Umm Umara ra). I thought I would flag just in case this has been missed. Jazak’Allah Khayr for all of your hard work. Ramadan series, 30 for 30, the EBook. May we continue to be inspired by Yaqeen because Subhan’Allah, your work speaks for itself!
