This is soo epic that u had him on ur show Charlie. I’ve been following this case, not a bachelor fan, I just happened to stumble upon it cause I follow some law KZreadrs. It’s absolute insanity. She makes women look bad and spits all over abortion survivors, women who have suffered miscarriage, and rape survivors. It’s gross what she’s doing and I’m glad that Clayton has the platform to call her crazy ass out.

He owes Dave Neal a lot. Dave was the first to stand up for him and to refuse to back down. Paving the way for other journalist and Podcasters to be brave and do the same. I expect Clayton to give Dave the final full interview when all of this is over.

I’ve given my sons that same advice. It’s truly sad that some women have ruined the sanctity of dating for everyone! Plus I’m sick of hearing that so many young people have “anxiety” and mental health issues…it’s a shame that’s what people are learning to be instead of just dealing with life. Everyone has anxiety when things get challenging, tough. You have to walk through it and deal with it. Plus having Jesus Christ in your life is the only way to truly deal with the challenges of our lives. For having someone like Him to help you through is amazing, He gives you the ability, hope, strength to overcome anything! God bless you.

Every situation needs to be judged on its own merit. Women can and do lie just as much as men do. A terrible person will eventually trip themselves up. Karma wins in the end.

I’ve followed this insane story for a year. Thank you for covering it. I don’t have a son, but I’ve got a brother and many other young men that I care about in my life. Women are victimized often. But this case highlights how fast a young man can become a victim as well. And the young lady involved needs immediate health care and everyone in her life seems to be enabling her instead of helping her. It’s a perfect storm for a sad and shocking story.

Thank you for allowing Clayton to share his story. Justice for all of these men! I hope the next step is criminal charges… she will never stop!

this is really messed up, I hope she faces serious legal consequences AND how did he get himself into this situation in the first place??

I have seen women who abuse men one even broke into his house and beat on him in the middle of the night. When he defended himself he had to go to anger management and court. She didn't have to do anything. Dave Neal has shed a lot of light on this horrible situation and did a go fund me for his legal fees to get the ball rolling. Sad but true Amazon sells items to fake an HCG test. It's freaking shocking. The sad part is it's not only expensive to legally defend himself, she has attacked his mental health and professionally. That in and of itself can take a person to some dark places.

I loved the show and I pray Justice is served for Clayton. She honestly sounds like she has mental issues. Bless his heart. They were intimate through oral and she is claiming that is how she got pregnant. Because you know…there is always a chance, even if it’s teeny tiny. She had a positive pregnancy test because she most likely administered herself with HCG. Dave Neal has covered this thoroughly.

What woman in their right mind would say if you date me I’ll get an abortion, if you don’t I’m having the babies? If you are actually pregnant, that decision is an extremely difficult one to make for most if not all women and one that many women have agonized over. I’m truly sorry for the women following this case who have gone through any scenario that ends in the loss of a pregnancy. LO, you really need to get some help and I truly wish that you would.

I’m the result of my mom being raped at 14 by a 22 yr old man that just arrived home from Vietnam in late 1971. Thankfully, Roe vs Wade wasn’t around until 1973. I was born in May 1972. My grandmother wanted to force my mom to get an illegal abortion at a small town doctor’s office in Cross Plains, Tennessee. Mom ran away from home to avoid this. She later returned when enough time had passed that she was too far along in her pregnancy that the corrupt “doctor” wouldn’t do the abortion. I was born at 26 weeks. Very premature weighing just over 2 pounds. I thank God for my life and for giving my mom strength at 14 yrs old to fight for my life. Later in life when I was 7ish, my mom was pistol whipped when I was a kid . This pistol whipping caused cysts that eventually caused an aneurysm that took her life in 2007. I miss you momma.

He does nothing for me, I actually find him deeply unattractive looks wise but he seems an OK guy. However, nobody deserves this. She literally ruined the life of the last man she did this to. Costing him over $100k in lawyers fees and he's struggled to get a job cause when anyone runs a background check they see he's got a protection order against him for DV. That's not right.

@@BiancaJade1000 Fetal DNA isn't in the mother's blood stream... A procedure called an amniocentesis is done. A long needle is pushed through the belly and amniotic sack, to collect fluid. That fluid contains the baby(s) DNA, and that's what they sequence. This is a high risk invasive procedure, that is unnecessary considering an oral swab can be safely taken at birth.

This is a non-invasive methode, no risk for the child or the mother. They take blood from the mother (after week 8), that's it. During a pregnancy cell-free fetal DNA fragments get through the placenta into the mothers blood in significant amounts. The fetal DNA fragments are a lot smaller than the mothers, so it's easy to filter them out, and then you only need a sample from the suspected father to compare with.

If he's a Trump supporter, he'll be found guilty no matter what.
