Absolutely amazing piece of content. You can tell Callum still isn't too comfortable talking about this stuff and you can see him almost forcing/pushing the words out sometimes, just to get them out there, because you can tell he really wants to spread awareness so others don't have to go through what he has gone through. Top lad. With time, I'm sure he can become an important figure in the space aslong as he stays true to his newfound calling. All the best mate.

When I started my own battle with depression and mental health years ago, one of the things that really inspired me was learning that even successful, confident, strong people can struggle with their mental health. Videos like this make a difference, so thank you to Calum for sharing, and thank you to Zack for being open and receptive, and spreading this message.

This is so precious to find something like this on the internet. I really appreciate his honesty, self admittance, sense of accountability and will to not only find himself but actually do it and be in the process of doing it still. For the past couple of months I've been in the worst rut of my life. I've thought to myself numerous times that I must find out who I really am, yet have been unable to as I seemingly escape from that confrontation while tackling my problems one by one.

That’s part of it all life is a test be a grown up be accountable own it. You helped me get through countless work injury’s and falling hard from my peak fitness and setting up for world record shearing attempt that was cut short from injury. I’m proud of you the best part is you can help others you have been at the top been at the bottom and lived to tell the tale. Still you have to live have a beer and train hard carnt wait to see you back at the top you can do it. Injury’s make you stronger. Your not a bad guy your human. No one can understand until they walk a 100miles in your shoes. Easy to judge others as well. It is a huge opportunity to be able to re group re gather start again. Remember the reason you started in the gym. I know I started for my mental health. Social media doesn’t help at all it creates a lot of fake ideals etc. be you man lift love live stay strong 💪🏽 mental health is harder to deal with then the physical injury’s
