WHY is this considered a "Tragic End??" He's not dead for one thing! He has an illness that affects his ability to understand and communicate by language, that doesn't mean his life is not worth anything anymore!

@Bob That's the thing. For few years his movies were complete trash. He took a big cut and appeared for like 5min and often it was some similar looking actor. When I say someone similar I mean someone with bald head and similar view from the back. I don't really care about movie stars but trough facebook or youtube I learned few things. They show his big and loving family but then say stuff like he was used by Hollywood or something. I understand that he has a illness that limits his acting. He can't properly express his words but he isn't a retard. How is he still making these awful movies if he has this problem? Why his family doesn't stop him? In a simple family your family members would tell you "Hey you should stop because it impacts your work and you are not able to do it anymore". If he has this awesome family why no one is stopping him from making like 10 awful movies a year? It's simple answer. Money and it a lot of cases it's mostly money. He is ready to place a big stain on his career for more money. If his wife or kids supported him then they would take care of him and stop him for creating these god awful movies.

glad to hear that buzz is he became arrogant. I saw him on david letterman and he was really obnoxious for no reason. Letterman was not acting in any provocative manner. I found it shocking. I don't care if he didn't like making such appearances he was big enough at the time to be able to decline I do not like any of these late night hosts none since carson retired but he was just rude and out of line. This was long enough ago that aphasia is not the likely explanation. I would not expect him to be poorly behaved in front of military people for whom he volunteered to play. I know celebrity is tiresome i stopped an elevator full of giggling females from bothering dustin hoffman years ago but these folks really need to develop some hide and coping skills

It's not about his life being tragic it's about the ending for a guy who brought so much happiness and emotion to people. Now he has this disease and he can't show, feel, or understand emotion ever again. So in a disgustingly ironic way it definitely is a tragedy and it would be for anybody who goes through this. Whether you're in Hollywood or you're a regular person, it's just imo EXTRA messed up because all these years that's what he wanted to,,, give people the gifts he can't even use it anymore for HIMSELF. When he finally is able to rest after 40 years of making millions of people laugh or cry or care etc etc , He should gets his time to rest and enjoy his family with all his faculties, and now he can't fully get back what he should....... Which is just a simple stuff like I said love and his family and that connection

Bruce Willis has always been an action hero to me now he is a hero for other people diagnosed with the same disease he has. I am glad he is getting the Love and Support from his friends and family. This must have been a tough blow for the actor who worked hard to bring some of himself to the Characters he played. I want to wish him a very happy life and i hope they find a cure for this debilitating disease. With having the love and support of his family he will thrive i know this first hand as i have a few debilitating diseases myself and with out my family i do not think i would get out of bed every day to face the world. Granted Patrick was my one true love, with minor excursions over to Sean, but Bruce has always stayed in my “except club”. Love, honor, respect, obey, except if “a member of the except club came along and all bets are off!! Lol If anyone wants to guess at the other entries I give only first names: Patrick, Sean, Bruce, another Bruce (but he was actually dead before I ever knew of him), Sam, ohhhh Sam, dang Sam, oh sooo sexy, ok anyways got a little too TMI there, anyone else have crushes on movie types that in real life would have been a gross felony if ever realized???

You "love" him because you seen him in good movies. How is he a great person? You met him? How you know he has a good family? If he was amazing and he had this amazing family then himself or his family would stop him from creating these god awful movies. I liked him when I was a kid in movies like Fifth Element or Die Hard but I am not going kiss his ass for it. He didn't become dumb but lost his ability to properly communicate. I am not going to assume stuff like "he deserves to get all the love". People say stuff like they are friend with Bruce...

EVERY feeling you have expressed is exactly what I wrote yesterday but different wording. This is so sad for so many I think , because really good people sometimes do not get to exist and live the way they deserve and horrible people at times just walk around healthy. I love my time I've had to watch him from Moonlighting on until now, but I have such a heavy heart for him and his family, I guess especially his youngest kids. I hope his family will read to him all of the loving words that total strangers are feeling. He will not be alone emotionally or physically in this journey, that is a gift that few of us will have in our lives. I am so happy that Bruce has this gift in his life. I love his cocky laugh with his smirky little smile. Only he could pull that off. 💞💞💞💞💞💞

Are there rising actors nowadays that will be as great? It doesn't look that way. Nope. the talent that grows from a painful childhood or whatever just isn't there. Very little expression. Blank faces reading dull words and somehow managing to make them even duller. The greats have come and gone. With the wind.

I think people have been too reactive to the word tragic. I've watched and been addicted to his movies since Moonlighting. I am very sad that a nice guy like Bruce will not have a productive and much loved career into his very old age. When I say much loved I am referring to him loving his acting career. It is understood that the world loves his acting. Without that we would never have gotten to experience his cocky but charming laugh. If he were not the loving guy we've been addicted to since 1985 he would definitely not have the family surrounding him with undying love and extended care he will need before he does pass. I am sad. I will feel a loss even though I've never met him. I never met Diana either but I loved her presence on this earth and cried for days. I know, he is not Princess Diana, but his life has taken a horrible wrong turn, and that is a tragedy in my eyes. But, that's just how I feel about this. I LOVE Bruce, especially when he laughs that cocky little laugh.💞

Very cool and such a kindness behind those beautiful eyes. He's just very special and after watching this and seeing the mountain of work he's done in his career, it's amazing that he even still wanted to work. Bruce Willis has been an institution. It’s great he has always worked the way he has wanted to. It seems like very few have done as much as he has. He is and will always be the brightest star, despite his critics. Thank you for sharing about his condition.

I love him as a badass in the Die hards, and also as a cooky, hilarious, unhinged mob snitch in “the whole nine/10 yards”. He was at his best in Luc Besson’s “The 5th Element” where he got to express both his comedic and dramatic badassery.

I loved him in the Die Hard movies but especially in Armageddon - so sad he’s now suffering from Dementia- I know what it’s like from family experience- nothing anyone can do except look after them- it’s a tough road but if you love the person, it’s worth toughening it out for their sake- if they have been there for you in the past, it’s time to step up for them in their journey through this ❤️👍🏻🇦🇺

So tragic to hear at such a young age (67?) probably before that, to hear of his brain diagnosis. It's a shame, I really enjoyed watching his career as an actor, and some of the movies critics gave him shit for I did enjoy his parts.. I'll keep him in my prayers and hopefully all will go well in his retirement. Great work on this video, thank you for the time and effort you put into it.
