Well I'm Barbadian and I can say this never happens here,seems these ppl wanted to disappear, of what i heard there where picked up by who ever where supposed to meet them,they had already talked to the jet ski operator long before and told him what time they wanted to go out,so when you see him come to them they had already plan the ride,I'm not an investigator,Police,or Reporter so this is my comment only.Freedom of speech.

I don't understand why they went so far out. This story never made sense.

There are days when I remember our days hanging together….missing her ☹️

I went to school with her never thought I’d be saying this damn hope the families are able to find something some hope… God be with them

The jet ski broke down and they tried to swim back and the sharks got them

Damn. How sad. Strange that they'd go further out than they were supposed to go. She was beautiful.

Exposure and the media should keep these cases alive on anyone missing or presumed dead should be given a lot of coverage to help families find out what happened to their loved ones.All the exposure and media reporting help tremendously in finding Gabby's body. Hopefully they will find Laundrie too

In life jackets they wud more die from hyperthermia are lack off food n water first

They went out on a jet ski and vanished we in Barbados were surprised nothing like that never happened

If they drive out too far they will get disoriented and lost sight of the island. The choppy high waves will sweep them out. That was a poor decision they made. Tourist that come to the carribbean needs to realize the sea is a vast strong element, it's not a huge pond. They need to get on a boat with the boat operator , and life jackets. The operator will drive around the island. A tragedy also happen to an English tourist, some kids told him don't go in the sea, but he just looked at them and headed out to the sea to swim while the waves and sea was choppy, and huge waves coming in. A few minutes later he was yelling for help but the kids couldn't risk their lives to help him. The waves came in and wash him away.

I'm surprised it wasn't stated what they travelled with. Their belongings weren't matching up with the duration of their supposed stay nor 2 persons who were coming to vacation for x amount of time.

That raggedy mother skunk broke down an left them floating in the ocean....I'll tell ya what happened you go out so far and lose sight of the island then you drive in a few circles for fun and then you are lost and guess which way to go and drive into the ocean and die waiting for help. This one is easy to solve they didn't have a navigation system or compass and got lost

My friend and I went to Barbados I. 2011, they treated us bad at the airport, however, we have a tour guide who carry us around

You rent a jet ski...they went through rules how to ride. That is on them.

Jet ski operators always checking for their boats,and shoreline traffic is plentiful. The only story of its kind l've ever heard about. Obviously whatever plans they had backfired.

200 hundred miles...you know what alot of other ppl think insurance money and yes the possibility of trying to disappear...all theories are possible

I hope they didn't run into pirates. Pirate activity has increased in the Caribbean with the media failing to report it.

I live in barbados when u rent jet ski u are not allowed to go too far out u r given instructions on were u can go those two knew what they were up too my guess is they wanted too dissappear probably running from the law back home

We in Barbados not responsibilities of tourists they on they own on the west coast is surprising if it were the east Coast that we expected and warn you about the east Coast dangerous local lost their life on the east coast but the west Coast nothing like that never happened until now

Barbados is responsible if that jet ski broke down on that couple leaving them stranded in the ocean. The country needs to make sure those rentals are in excellent condition and won’t have any “broken cables”.

You should look more into the Paranormal, for this case.....💯

So it was a Malfunction on that JetSki, and they probably drowned because they were far out in the Ocean, it sounds, scary, but they got lost, and Ofcourse that Island Authorities just didn't want to send any Divers into the Ocean, Whew, just Horrible.

@@kebablevy3187 The video says it had a little gas when found. Jet ski renters are given instructions not to travel too far out but these two didn't heed the warning so many suspect they were picked up by someone they had made arrangements with. Who knows.
