You're obviously an amazing golfer...probably better than you actually think. Mentally I'm not sure making videos about Rick is ideal, even though it was more in jest..just brings into play even you thinking about trolls posting abuse, which mentally doesn't help. . Stay strong...plenty of golf left this year & you've got the game 👊

100% disagree with this…you’re just putting a band aid on it. I was in your shoes James 20+ years ago. I was shooting under par but I was also lifting stupid heavy weights. You more than likely hurt your back and neck because of compensation. Pelvis out of whack, tight or weak hip flexors or hammies, etc. Gotta chill with the heavy squats and bench press and work on stabilizing muscles…just my two cents. 1 over is amazing!!

  • @dunkirk1581

James you need to learn about electro massage, self adhesive pads, sends electro pulse through the muscle's, this relaxes the muscle and the pain is gone in 20 minutes. Mike Tyson uses this during his training to stop the muscle's having a spasm.

Everyone needs to realise you're all on KZread for a reason. You're average Pro's at best.... great golfer's in your own right, but miles short of what we see and are use to seeing day in- day out on tour. Either DP, PGA, or LIV. These guys 'have it'. Natural talent and perform when the pressure is on. Top 0.1% of players. They are a different class. You know that! Great channel by the way very amusing so keep up the good work.....And get well soon... (but talk about snowflake generation)! I can't say 'Man up' anymore, anyway looking forward to buying some stay fresh and some more 100% polyester clothing soon with my special code.

Hey bro, followed you for a while and the progress you've made the last few years has been impressive, especially the -8 in South Africa. It's a shame you messed up your neck as I was looking forward to seeing how you would do. Out of all the KZreadrs I would have backed you and Peter Finch to make the best effort. Injury killed you this year, so just have to accept it and move on. Ignore the haters. Even Finch, who has been playing super impressive, had an off day and shot +12 so a one round shoot out is a little down to chance and how you play on the day. Anyway, keep going and ignore the haters tho there are probably only a few trolls and we focus on the few trolls rather than the hundreds or thousands of people who appreciate the content and progress in the past few years.

to end up 9 over with a bad back is actually fine. Remember perfectly fit guys shot worse. The main thing i see is your attitude towards the whole event, and outcome, extremely impressive. Relax, stretch - dont play too much full pace otherwise you could do proper damage. Get fit, and you will kill it. congratulations

If you GRNUINELY want To turn pro and do really well in Open Quals; and turn pro on your for ever more; ditch the tube! You can’t concentrate and manage both How many other tour pro did the same as you and are now tour members Your destiny I hope you choose Open Quals and become full time tour member. Clearly, focusing on being a tour pro has its benefits. However, James isn't a 21-year-old coming straight out of education and living at home with his mum and dad. Like most grown adults, he has to earn money, and KZread is not just a hobby, but a potential career. It facilitates income and offers an opportunity to create revenue not only through viewership but also sponsorship. There is no benefit to stopping KZread golf if he still needs to work another job unless he quits the ambition of tour golf completely. I won't comment on whether I agree or disagree with your comment because it is only your opinion. However, given the circumstances and the fact that he's arriving at the tournament with a clear injury he's been trying to manage over the last week or so, I find your comment a little unnecessary. It would have been best saved for a post-tournament recap when he's in good health.

Chiropractor, James. Get to a reputable chiropractor. Find out who the preferred chiro in your area is and get there.
