If this was your brother how would you feel that he brought a woman over only to be used. All the domestic violence she claimed you can see its a plot to get sympathy from the government because the uk 🇬🇧 has put this measure in place for people that really needs it not criminal like this. This are people that use the system.

Life abroad is not for the faint at heart and for you to open up about your life is so commendable because it is good that people back in Kenya know that it is not always roses. If it can happen to you, it can happen to anyone. I am happy that you are picking up pieces of your life and making all the challenges count. The accomodation policies only started 2yrs ago and this is because so many people from different countries have migrated to the UK since BREXIT and they are now security conscious.. Things used to be easy before and anyone could pay for accommodation hassle free… Sorry about what you went through

Get a job and then leave it after awhile when you find a better place to rent and continue working online side by side…it’s a lot in the beginning but you don’t have kids and could possibly find a way to find time for both for a short period.
