It sounds like electroswing, but without the swing.

Reminds me of the music Cyriak writes for his animation videos. The whacky jazz cartoon style matches it really well

That's definitely Breakbeat. With some trip-hop inclusions, maybe. The Prodigy salutes you, brother!

I would say it sounds like electro neo ragtime. The only thing missing is a jumpy bassline

Patterns are rock. Orchestral variations and such were very common in the 1970s prog rock era. It is the same as the old Amiga games and demo discs, too. Very good bridges between the movements and good variation inside, too.

Having this as background music for a title screen sounds so cool and definitely a game that I would check out.
