Maybe it's been said, but shooting at faster frame rates than 24 or 30 NEGATES RECORDING AUDIO.
Silly question but if you record in 60fps, it still is the same speed as 30fps when I play back. Do you record in 60fps and it’s then better to use that in the editing process to slow it down in whatever program you use?

Yeah pretty much 30fps will have more motion blur, but the benefit of 60fps comes in to play when you try to slow down the clip because you get more frames per second lol so in the end one looks cleaner in slow motion.
What is the frame rate you are converting to - Is it 24 FPS?

What?! Why did 60fps make him look taller? I assumed it was just because the 60fps camera was rigged at a different angle, but I can’t tell whether you’re joking with your intonation?
Newbie. So…. I know 24fps for film like speed. If I wanted to shoot slo mo I would shoot at 60fps and slow it to half (30fps) if I was using it in a film.

If your editing on a 24fps (23.976) timeline then you would slow down you 60FPS footage to 40%.
...and now the FreeFly Wave and Kronos bring us 1000fps, at a upper mid budget which is it own special view.
