Had no idea it was so rough behind the scenes since basically before the season began. The underperformance last split is more understandable now, and moving on was clearly the right move. I really hope SSG will crush it with Daniel for the rest of the season. Good luck!

i wish more pros would act like this and make videos like this, super honest and down to earth. it’s so important to clear up any bad feuds before they even start, good shit man

assuming he didn't already plan on not playing this split, I could see a situation where he just got left out of the big teams, and wanted to bide his time for a split to see what opens up for spring. G2 and Faze were pretty set on who they wanted, NV absolutely botched their window, and the rest of the teams worth going to were intent on bringing in the freshblood of Daniel, Aqua, and Beastmode. Sure he probably could've gone to a non-major-contending team, but probably did not want to do that and instead saw benefit in coaching for a split and reevaluating in spring.

Not gunna lie I became an SSG fan when I started watching Arsenal and your content and watching you guys play on the big screen. Your energy and synergy was what really drew me in. I wish the best for the homie Sypical as well, rocket league pros are some of the coolest guys on the video game scene and I cant express how excited I am to see what you, daniel, and arsenal can put together. I started playing RL about a year ago and the first two people I was really watching was Arsenal and Leth. Then I would watch some Arsenal gameplay when he was playing in the RLCS and I was like who the f is that Retals guy hes insane, I was glad to find out you also made content and you were able to show your side of how you play RL.(super entertaining btw) Anyways, super excited to see what is to come, keep it up!

Hoping Daniel gets used to the pace quickly and that y’all can anchor yourselves and keep your heads up when things don’t go your way. I’d give it half a year before Daniel is an absolute monster and you guys are on top.

1. Daniel is one of the hungriest players in the scene right now, not many people want to win as much as he does. 2. Daniel was already super close with arsenal and I, also his mentality fits in very well.

I feel like a new team will also motivate syp to be a top competitor again, he just needed something refreshing in his carreer.

Honestly not a real real ssg fan (nrg fan only cause i first started watching the content before the tournaments so kinda only knew nrg when I first got into pro rl so no not a bandwagon lol) but watching you guys during the xgame event was so fun it made it even more enjoyable you guys are gonna kill it with Daniel kinda glad you didn’t take the other offer cause this teams gonna be a power house with more synergy and once Daniel gets more experience love to see it

Worst worst case Dan/evoh will win everything next split. I've said this before but I'll say it again; it is sad to see Syp go but at the same time it is a good deal for both Faze and SSG. Faze gains a new member to their roster, not a fresh face but a face that has dealt with RLCS before, whilst SSG gains a new face in general, meaning Daniel which Daniel is a good player all around; not only is Daniel a good player but he has so much potential as well, both rosters have had a change and personally I think it was needed for both teams. Welcome to the SSG family danny boy (Not like he wasn't before but still)

Even though with all the roster changes it’s more enjoyable to watch RLCS for each individual performance and team performance and be a fan of the entire esprit, SSG will always be my NA team
