As a former New Yorker, I just love watching these! You capture not only the fashion, but the spirit and the vibe that makes New York so unique and wonderful! Like no other place! There is an energy there that I can’t describe in words and it inspires and flows such a freedom in creativity & joy in everyday fashion!

Every time I watch an episode I think in 20 years time, we'll all look back at this footage and it'll be the best documentation of not only the style and times, but the people and the lives breathing through New York in this point in time. I thought I was the only one that always tears up at the end. I used to work in NYC and Karen perfectly captured the spirit of NYC and all the things I love about it. As soon as the ending music comes on I’m always in tears.

You must keep doing these, I’ve been using your videos to teach my children and their friends about global fashion brand styles, design, thrifting and silhouette shopping. Please continue! It is helping our family so very much. Especially since I have adopted many of my children at birth, they all have different tastes, ethnicities, hair textures and this is helping me show them what is possible in beauty (from clothes to hair). I love watching these videos on what people in NY are wearing, please don't stop I love watching how people interpret fashion and create their own unique looks. From the age of 20 I became obsessed with edgy fashion and looking different. I am now 62 years old and I'm still interested in fashion and current trends. I don't follow trends religiously but pick out things that interest me and that I think will look good on me. I love your channel, keep doing what you're doing!
