#4 yes my ex boss. I left because I could not stand the micromanaging aspect of things. Mentally exhausted. I never hated my job, in fact, I wanted to learn more of it, I just do not like it when I am constantly being micromanaged. So I left. Best decision of my life. I forgotten about how they made me felt already. Totally felt being bullied. Yes , please send the bosses for leadership training. I am not flipping a coin, I am doing the right thing and I trust myself. The lesson learnt? Never entrust your career decisions in someone else hands. Make the choice yourself, because ultimately you know yourself best, they are just passerbys. My wheel of karma has ended in this former workplace. Definitely did not last. I survived.

Group 4 here, thank you so much for the message. I got chill down my spine when you talk about my " boss", who is in my case was actually a close colleague to me and a teacher, yet sometime they can be a little feisty and straight forward, I know deeply that they are a good person, yet sometime the emotion gets over them.

Pile one I just started this job and have been thinking about how I feel like I don’t fit in, I never really feel like I do fit in but I can still talk to people and get along well with others. I do want to explore other options in the job. Pile four soooo crazy this reading is for my last job the higher ups had power trips, very controlling and wanted everything done their way. I’m very hard working they just want to control, I’ve had 2 higher ups here roll their eyes at me first time seeing me, other people even said they were jealous of me. I got in trouble for holding a water bottle for too long (30 mins because they timed me) when there was ZERO work, nobody else was working and I already cleaned the area around me. YES many of the higher ups were bullies here I even seen other ones yelled at people. I worked at FUNKO, I don’t care I will say the company name because of how mean they were to me and others. All of their buildings were put into one facility so the main higher ups came around a lot. If you have a little fun you can tell they judge, which is ironic being that it’s funko lol.

That's so funny. Pile 2: My big boss sees me making decision too fast and without backup info. Pile 3: My supervisor sees me not jumping to conclusion. Also sees me want to lead and take control, need approval, don't know how to manage people. All of these were actually the effect of her micromanagement: seeing everyone who has potential as threat to her power = I "want to lead", controlling every tiny thing and people can't have their choice = "I need approval", taking people as her slaves = I treat everyone as equal so "I don't know managing people". WOW

Same here, I got pile 2. My boss wants me to focus on one thing than taking many things? Yet, it is my boss who gave me such tasks. Fact is, she doesn’t want to spend money hiring. Her management is clearly seen to be horrible. Look up on the internet, all the worst management problems and adjectives, she has them all, honestly. I find the reading to be partial. It lacks depth and doesn’t read clearly.

#4. I have a lot of bosses, but somehow when I pick this card, one name popped up in my head and the card is literally vomitting all about his character! 😆😆 My feeling exactly. He’s a micromanage & just not happy when people do something in a way that is different than how he’d do it. And he believes that if people didn’t do as he says, everything will fall apart. Yes, sometimes I think he is a narcisists too. Don’t know how to manage people in large scale corporations. Hahaha…yes…he likes to see people working, going round & round non-stop. Yes, I know he is smart. I know he actually want to teach people. It’s just that he is not good at teaching & leading people. Yep, I like what I’m doing now. He’s just one of my direct superior. So this reading is helping me to confirm that all my analysis is correct. Also, it is lucky that we are in the practice of WFH.
