as a Hunters Cape main, I can PARTIALLY confirm that. I am the best pvper in my friend group but I don't bounty hunt that much. I'm only 3.6M. I just keep practicing pvp with higher bounty players instead of bounty hunting like a fatherless child. also I love making my own combos instead of using yt combos since they're more predictable
