God has his own timing, and it is perfect. Learning to wait on God is a hard lesson. Kind of like a lesson in faith. Faith is so much more than we realize. It's trusting God to work all things together for our good. Learning to have no fear, or to be anxious for anything. Faith in God and our salvation is just the beginning. Our faith must expand with our knowledge of God. It is impossible to please God without faith. Fear and anxiety do not equal faith.

It’s not the easiest thing to do. I’m currently waiting on and for God on something. Been waiting awhile. Sometimes I feel unloved, forgotten, rejected… it hurts…but I pick myself up with the Word of God, other people’s testimonies and His prophetic words to me. I will wait. I’m expecting.

This word from brother Prince is exactly what I needed, right now. As I approach the end of my life,as I struggle with my 45 year old marriage issues, serious childhood trauma issues this is what I'm doing it seems. Waiting on the Lord. Putting my self on the back burner, calming my independent nature, seeking to be more submissive yet still myself as God made me. Thank you Derek Prince Ministries. No matter what we are waiting for. The focus is always God and not the thing.

Yes, Waiting is a form of humbling ourselves to God ! That’s why He makes us wait ! He also does it to test us and make us worthy of His marvelous deeds !

Of course, waiting on God doesn’t mean just sitting in a chair doing nothing. Waiting for God to do everything.
