The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is the UN organization that supports sustainable human development globally through the promotion of volunteerism, including the mobilization of volunteers. It serves the causes of peace and development by enhancing opportunities for participation by all peoples. It is universal, inclusive and embraces volunteer action in all its diversity. It values free will, commitment, engagement and solidarity, which are the foundations of volunteerism.

Everyone who take birth on this planet have some rights to live his life with some features like education,health etc. volunteerism is to make better and smile full life of people who need this.

It means to get your candidature refused without an answer, without any consideration. Thanks UN. Voluntary effort like growing crops building bridges or road is not what you purpose. Nobody in your organisation have ever touch a tool. If I want to make voluntary I will start in my town. Fireman for example. Useful compare to UN.
