I was curious today about liberal arts and exactly wtf it means. After reading definitions and articles and, now watching this video...I'm convinced it's complete bulls*it
He's saying that a liberal arts degree prepares you for more school. That may not be a selling point for everyone.
I like what Conan O'Brien said in an interview with the Harvard president where he went to school. Conan got a liberal arts degree in western civilization history and was asked about a course he took in the architecture of the city of Cairo Egypt... He said that he took the course because college is a time to take courses that you never will take again... And look at him! He's rich!!!!!
