Sanskrit term vichara is not the same Tamil term visaari. Vichara doesn't mean inquire, Anwesha is the sanskrit term for inquire. Visaari is the Tamil word has no any connection with vichara. Don't confuse both them with unknown people

yes, but, you should understand, underlying sense of being is not a concept, but this very presence, right now. when we immerse ourselves in this presence, in silence, it is not an underlying sense, it is the totality of who we are and what we are experiencing.

@@michaelgusovsky That what we truly are is not experienced, we - as ego - do not and will never experience the totality of what we [truly] are. "This very presence" is actually ego. There is no such thing as presence, it is an imagination. We, as ego, can never be in a "presence". That what we truly are, pure awareness or being, is only aware of itself and nothing else. That is the totality of what we are. Thus as long as we perceive phenomena, this world, any object, sensations and so on, we are ego and not what we truly are.

I don’t understand what is “other than oneSelf”-I thought ALL is Self even the illusion of maya-so if all is Self what could possibly be other than Self? Isn’t the external world Brahman?
