I think your friend is starting to appreciate this band. Something I am sure you would both get a kick out of is at the end of the Chicago House of Blues show, the lead guitarist (Kanami) brought out her guitar tech to take a bow. The fans went nuts. We all affectionately call her the 6th maid. All of the Band-Maid team work their buts off to make for a great show.

she was pure awesome at every show on the US tour, she's new to the crew IIRC. she's also MISA though we have all been calling her moo-chan. She's very humble and does not want the attention to be on her. she does an amazing job. of everything they needed for the shows to run smooth. I hope she earned a permanent spot on their crew / team. I had the honor of getting to meet and talk to the sound engineer and the stage tech that sits on stage right. they were fun to talk to (we each only spoke a tiny bit of each others' language) but they did not make me feel like I was being rude to ask them a few questions about the sound stage and setup challenges in the NJ amusement park venue. every facet of Band-Maid is 100% real and so lovable. being a fan for about 7 years now, I am proud to be part of the community and a fan. I love this band.

Got to be the official live version of Domination next!

Wonderland is a fine song that really showcases vocals. Especiaslly the live version on their YT channel.

Thank you for supporting all these wonderful bands. I absolutely appreciate it. If I might give some constructive criticism from a respectful perspective? You might use videos you’ve already heard, or scrub through a little of a song for the sound quality, before having a guest react to it. It’s a minor point, just a suggestion. Love Band-Maid.

@@joelroadie The Belasco was probably the worst in terms of sound quality. I would recommend my Boston recording for the close view of Kanami, and Philadelphia for MISA's close-ups, with a heavy accent on bass.

@@VladimirChupin Love your Boston video. If you were any closer to Kanami, you would probably have been arrested for being under Kanami's skirt. Really love Moratorium from that show, seeing Kanami work over the fretboard and her pedal board.

Suggestion, show a live fan video of "Moratorium" from Paradise Theater in Boston, Mass from their recent U.S. tour. Kanami's fingers fly on the fretboard of this song.

Great reaction and thanks for your campaign to recruit more fans for Band-Maid. I'm guessing you already picked the next song as you have your friend on the line, but any of their live videos from their channel would be best for sound.

Fully agree. Fancams are for the fans, it's implied in their name 😂 If a person never heard this song before, it may be even difficult to catch the melody from such a phone recording.

Yeah... It's actually not that bad. I should tell you that right there in the hall, the sound was absolutely terrible. It was just one sticky mass of a sound clay. The phone was able to decrypt it quite significantly, but it could not remove the reverb. Show them the original MV for this song, "Unleash!!!!!" It's an amazing anime with a message. If you want some briefing on what is the message, watch Wave Potter's video about Unleash!!!!!, he explains it in great detail, and I think his insights are extremely enlightening.

These songs are hard, complex and will totally grow on you like a thousand pound R&R leech. The Maids in this format are relentless and powerful. Fancams and sound quality rarely go hand and hand with each other. Try an official live video next like Domination or Real Existence.

I love this concept of having another roadie/tech listening in tandem..the only problem that I was wondering is "why is Jake there..He seems bored or distracted with other things in the room?" other then that I love this reaction video and I would love to see you guys do this again with another "Live" video from one of their bigger show on their official page like "Play" or Domination. Thanks a keep them coming!!

I would recommend Boston for Kanami's perspective, and Philadelphia for MISA's close view. Those are much better. But again, fancams are for the fans. For a new person, official live videos would be a much better choice.
