What a petty, undemocratic government we have today that refused to elevate this excellent judge to the Supreme court. The country and we the people have lost out. The Collegium too should introspect.

Beautiful lecture and nuances were explained to the young lawyers, but not only for young lawyers and who want to be good lawyers, the words which spell out by Hon'ble Justice Kureshi are worth noting.

Justice must not depend on any judge's whim. It must be based on facts and laws
