@@kennethporst4359 It's true, though. It shifts the energy balance in your favor :) Anytime we run _after_ something, where is it going to go...? It's going to run _away_ of course!! You see? If you run after a dog (credit for this example goes to Aaron Doughty lol), it's going to see you give chase, and then start running in the opposite direction... Is it not? If you sink your talons into something, it's natural response will be to pull _away_ ...no? What if _you_ were the one being chased by something or someone ... do you see how this works? This is why when you LET GO, it shifts the energy balance in your favor. It's not a _guarantee_ but it does help. And it's far better than chasing something or someone, and trying to claim it (or them) as your own. (Which usually backfires.) Think about it. I hope this helps shed a little light on the situation from a feminine perspective! :) *ETA* Check out Aaron Doughty's videos on letting go; or those of Christina Lopes. Pile 5: I feel like I’ve been waiting ages, even though deep down, I know that only recently have I come into recognizing my own feelings. I was in strong denial for a long time. So it’s only fair that I allow him the time the come into his. However, I still can’t help being frustrated at times. I feel in my gut that this could work, but it feels like so much is at play against us right now. There is a third party involved - you always get that right about my readings - and sometimes I just want to smack him across the head with the reality of his situation. Other times, I recognize that when he’s meant to face his truth, he will. I just can’t help being impatient, and willing the universe the give me what I desire sooner. Pile 5 here too... and this was after some pretty big, *bold* lies and deception on his part. He has a lot of nerve playing the "victim" role in this situation. He owes me _more_ than an explanation. At the very least, I deserve a (genuine) apology. He never apologizes after he KNOWS he hurts me ... and that bothers me. He talks a good game about "accountability" (he listens to Jocko); but refuses to take some, himself. Ridiculous and childish. I've had enough at this point. And I'm completely fed up, too :'(
