They actually changed the amiibo box design sometime in 2023 because the deep cut amiibo for splatoon 3 also have the same blank back of box

As cool as the N and M outfits are, i was really hoping we'd also get N and M's version of Noah and Mio's Veiled Sword and Sun Dancer blades. Not a huge lose, but it would have been really cool. I was also holding put hope that we'd finally get the menu music & chain attack music toggles - my fault for hoping for something we were never promised. However, the fact that the Kevi outfits require such excessive grinding for cosmetics is infuriating. Hopefully they restock the amiibo... And hopefully they don't go out of stock before they release again.

Would be cool, but before that, I just hoped they would at least have given us N's hairstyle for Noah with the outfit. His own does not look anywhere near as good for this specific outfit.

I was going to farm the arena area but after I saw I needed 7 coins of the 7 medal I decided I satisfied with Mio’s outfit. They’re crazy if they think I’m farming for all that.

Enel has a good AFK gold coin farm, makes it a lot more bearable. Took me a few hours of course, but worth for Ns drip Nvm it was shown in the video lol

Don't worry guys if you want another passive way to get Gold Nopon coins for the skins, all you have to do is buy the Noah and Mio amiibo and scan them in everyday for 180 days assuming you have another amiibo on hand 🙏

Guys I think I'm spreading misinformation. I think you only get a gold coin either sometimes or the first time you scan an amiibo. I repeat: DO NOT BUY THE NOAH AND MIO AMIIBO TO GET GOLD COINS FOR THE SKINS Edit: okay update to everyone who' bought the Noah and Mio amiibo believing they could get gold nopon coins, I just want to apologize. In all of my meticulous 5 scans, I've only gotten one gold nopon coin from Shulk, and from there just basic collectibles. This is pretty uncharted territory, but this means that it could take upwards of a couple years to get 539 cold coins. Oh yeah and don't fact check any of what've said

That not a “passive” way if you actively have to buy and scan Amiibo everyday. It’s not even worth it.

About Nopon Gold Coin Farming: There are faster methods than the one Enel shows. But they are not AFK. (Enels method gives you approximately 99 coins/3h) You can get 45 gold coins every time you clear Level 140 of the Pro Gauntlet (You get 90000 blue gems(?) with which you can buy 45 gold coins for) This gives you approximately 99 coins/ 2h (even assuming you would need up to an 1 hour for the Pro Gauntlet) Or even faster but more difficult you can also beat N and M on Hard for 4500 red gems, which would give you 99 coins/45 min, if you can beat them in less than a minute (even if you need double the time it is still fastest)

Plz, help, I find doing hard Stage of Destiny doable but N&M in a minute or more sound g r e a t e but I find dem impossible, how u did it?

This video actually helped me find my last origin shard to finish the last bit of content I wanted before going to ng+

Another tip if you want to beat the super boss over and over is to play it at easy mode. That saves you time and wits regardless of your underleveled as long as you have the right gears. I beat it at level 89 and it got up to two levels.

I'm mad the requirements are so tedious. I get it: it's to encourage you to buy the amiibo. But literally every outfit except Noah with N's armor was already in the game. And amiibo are prone to scalping and shortages.

I had to choose between the new LAD game and these amiibo so I endured the never ending 20 hour grind just to make my save file feel complete

Im still surprised we never got a third dlc class. We got a healer and a tank. We have space for one more but never got a new damage class.

Man, I need a new shelf, too. Recently got my Trinity Box, now xenosaga and xenogears are cramped together in a corner...

I just ordered them along with a few MyNintendo rewards as they were restocked. It was worth it to me, since they're my fav XC Protags anyway. (at least Mio. But Noah is okay too, I guess :P )

Does anyone know if they changed anything else in the update? I know it's not mentioned in the patch notes, but it seems strange to me that the DLC (future redeemed ) has to be updated to include these costumes that are only usable in base game.

Apparently, the problem is that Fr is programmed in such a way that relies on a lot of existing code from the base game, so in every update that adds new content, you basically download a whole new version of FR that's compatible with the new code added to basegame

As far as I'm aware, there's nothing else new in XC3. Like @UltimaPhoenix-dx3kt stated, FR's code is very reliant on base game XC3 so that's probably why. Maybe a couple of small bug fixes were added, but that's probably it.

Yeah they changed the back of amiibo boxes around like soetember last year. After the Zelda and Ganon amiibo but before the splatoon deep cut amiibo. I really dont like it but its probably to cut costs since Nintendo realized most people who buy amiibo arent casual buyers anymore. So they dont need to really advertise what it does on the box itself.

Enels guide isn't very efficient if you want to get N's uniform as fast as possible. I've seen some better methods in the challenge mode on Xenoblade Reddit. Still an insane requirement lmfao

The less efficient setup is for AFK farming, so take your pick between time or attention.

I did Enel's one and it was great. Press a few buttons every 15 minutes, repeat for like a day and half while you do other stuff, done

Avoid ones coming from China and HK (obviously). Probably your best bet is buying one from someone that has kept the original receipt (very high chance it's legit it it's been bought at XB2 launch), or get one from Japan (I highly doubt they ever got replicas).

You gotta beat like 5 other UMs that are decently high leveled then once you do that you'll come across a discussion to do called "aionios strongest" then that'll unlock the strongest boss in swordmarch

My favorite is N Outfit just cause our Noah keeps his iconic Ponytail. N just flat out say screw that hair I'm going long hair down to my back which to me looks like he's trying to be edgey in reality he's a sissy man with long hair. Oh no offense to the men who have long straight hair it just to me N design doesn't look good with long straight hair😅.

N is so depressed and broken he never bothered to put in a style. That is just how his hair grows. Same with Mio. Never bother cutting it, probably don't tend to it that much.

Man, I was so happy with their track record of making the Amiibo content still available in game at very fair conditions, but this one ain't it. 7x7 Gold Coins would have been more than enough to grind for imo, 539 total is just absurd. I get that the number has another meaning, but from a gameplay implication perspective I'm not fan... 🥲
