Do you need to have listing agents or can the land lords rent out the property directly?

Great video Daragh. Thanks for the insight. Might sound silly but, would you only prospect until you get just one property and then go through the rest of the ‘circle’ / process until rented and then start prospecting again or prospect as much as possible and get multiple properties at the same time doing multiple processes at the same time? I’m guessing the latter but just wanted to confirm. Cheers mate best of luck

Hey Will, Great question. Your second idea is right - you should always be prospecting. Even when closing deals and at negotiating stages of other offers, you should try find an hour or 2 per day to prospect. Cause you’ll see some agents have really good months followed by a poor month. And that’s cause they spent all their time closing deals and negotiating but didn’t prospect and build a pipeline for next month.

@@DaraghGilmartin Thanks Daragh. I’m going to make a conscious effort to organise my day in a way that I always make time to continuously prospect so that my pipeline is always looking healthy. If a tenant pays in 4 cheques over the year, will I also get paid the commission split over those 4 cheques each quarter?

Yes of course! As I said, the ability to pay 1 cheque is the best negotiating tool!
