Pile 4 Just quietly quit from my toxic workplace yesterday You're right They'd say mean stuff and laugh at me everytime I walk pass Call me names Like high school I don't react to it because I am in disbelief how these adults and some in their 60s would act like kids I sometimes wonder if they're intellectually stunted I went to a strict private school and teens are expected to behave classy So it's like a clown show working in this environment (service industry - but I like to to believe it is only within this establishment) The captain would berate me during briefing time and that signals open season for the rest to bully me. I think they are trying to intimidate me but they don't know my past, and has never seen me rage (I've made gang members cower when I yell and I never stand down from a physical confrontation) the only reason I don't rage because I think staying classy and calm irritates her more because that's not what she's capable of (my mouth runs tho sometimes but that just gives them more ammunition)
