#4 Im still learning how to be assertive. I stood up for myself against a bully a couple days ago at cosmo school. It was really stressful and I couldn’t control my emotions and anxiety tho. I feel much better listening to the video and knowing Im becoming a stronger woman.

#4, So on point! Laughed so hard when I heard "you have another side that people didn't quite expect of you" I was literally under high pressure to perform and deliver a lot of tasks, that triggered "the other side of me" when someone comes to me with the wrong reason. Now learning how to be in control better. And yes, job required me to do a lot of communications and we will picked on how we say and write things. Thoroughly enjoyed the reading, it made my day 💛💛

#4 When I say this whole thing is me. Getting mad when people are done wrong. I used to be bullied when I was young and I see while kids commit suicide. It really has that type of effect on you.
