My girlfriends can count on me to be there for them and to offer helpful guidance when needed. I am definitely like a sister or family to my girlfriends. I care about what happens in their lives and I cheer for them when something good happens to them. Wow! You couldn't be more right about my co-workers appreciating my helpfulness and I've maintained some connections with former co-workers due to the bond that I've made with them. I was having lunch today and a couple with their one-year old were sitting at the next table and that little boy couldn't stop smiling at me (and vice-versa). He even gave me his toy car as a gift (and a very chewed-up drinking straw). It happens so often that when children lock eyes with me, they light up and get so happy around me.
