Don't forget to put away at least 30% for taxes from each settlement. It may be more than you need, but it's better safe than sorry. Good luck on your journey.

@@TheLivingFreedChannel Awww…thank you!!! So glad you enjoy our channel! We’re honored! We really are happy for you! And it’s impressive how you’re executing your long-term plan. We’ve explored the o/o program as well, but not sure if we want to take on the higher risk so late in Kevin’s career. We look forward to following your journey! We wish you all the best and great success!!!

Did you buy your truck from Crete? What year, how many miles? I absolutely think you're doing this the right way with no debt, but maintenance costs and potential downtime are what scare me about being an OO. As a company driver, if your truck was going to be down several days, they'll likely give you a loaner and you can keep driving.

⭐️ Hey there! Can you PLEASE make a video about TEAM VS SOLO TRUCKING for first year?! My husband and I want to do our first OTR year together and I wanted to know if teams actually do make more money than solo first year OR are teams just being taken advantage of and being run harder (when you break down the miles and pay team was a worse deal) Thank you❤

Thanks for your explanation and calculations. What are your thoughts about the fact that your initial investment is depreciating?

@@TheLivingFreedChannel Look forward to it. That’s one of the snags we’ve looked at. Though yes, you can probably take the depreciation on your taxes. But…it’s still a depreciating asset. The math gets more convoluted. 😆 Look forward to your thoughts.
