What did Hitler do to non-white people?...🤔

Ойын-сауық

During the 1936 Berlin Olympics, Jesse Owens was warmly received by both the German crowd and Adolf Hitler. W. E. B. Du Bois also found no evidence of racial hatred towards blacks from the National Socialists during his visit to Germany in the 1930s.

While I like talking about controversial things, I see some mixed comments and that's understandable. This video is about sharing important stories that many people don’t know about. Big news and history often ignore these stories. This video doesn’t support Hitler or Nazi ideology. It just wants to show that these topics are more complicated than people think. I hope this clears things up a bit.

NO worries for this Story is True, his STORY was very interesting. We all know how Black Americans were Treated even though their the ones back then helped bring home many of Gold back then & even Now to this Day. Jesse Owen's was just one of Many Black Americans who never got the Credit that they deserved in this Country of the US. HAD Mrs. ROOSEVELT been PRESIDENT they would have, even though he did do great things as President, she's the One who Helped make Franklin look good.

I was born and raised in Germany until 14. From 14-43 I’ve lived in the USA. In my 43 years, the only racism I’ve ever experienced was here in the USA. Every time I go back home, they treat me like I’m equal. It’s so sad

Yeah probably because they act tough here. That’s why. No one trust them but people who hear to rap or liberal. It’s the culture no one likes it. And everyone has the right to and it’s isn’t wrong. Same as blacks have the right to hate white and most do. There is a saying “some will like you and some will not because you can please the whole world” I’m not white either nor black I’m Hispanic and many white family I have hate my a$$ I know it. Idc either. But I respect white people because they built America and the other races are now stepping on it. Including my own. My Mexican side of the family care for me not the other side and there German/American. All countries will have good and bad apples. And this is nothing against your race I will respect other who respect Me. My father doesn’t and that’s an example for me to not respect him. This is nothing personal, well it’s good for you that you had a good experience in Germany. Good luck I hope this doesn’t sound like a bum a💤 comment

@@kozmicflush980 It is not about the reality of Germany but also about the reality of US. A key point here: Owens was there BECAUSE of HitIer. Roosevelt, whose government enforced racial segregated among U.S. citizens (in sports, military, hospitals, schools…), was initially sending two less qualified Js instead of the far more deserving Owens and Williams. Hitler called him out on it and said he would not host such people. However, he explicitly welcomed all black athletes. By doing so, the “most racist” forced Roosevelt to send the black athletes he had sidelined for the sake of pleasing his handler$. This explains why the potato-faced minion ignored Owens' record-tracking victory and snubbed him upon return. It was HitIer who exposed Roosevelt as a racist, dumb, and owned tool. But, again, history (as in propaganda) is written by the victors.

And by the way this is a myth Hitler didn't actually recognize Owens, instead Hitler shook hands and recognized all the athletes that won, If Hitler had a choice he wouldn't have shook Owen's hand because that would hurt his view in Nazi Germany, which that's what happened.

This is what happened to Black soldiers coming home after WW2. Mistreated, segregation, killed because of the color of their skin or wearing an armed forces uniform. The government disallowing the same programs set up for White Soldiers to buy homes and I could go on. But make no mistake Germany is no ally to the Black race. Black German nationals during Hitler’s reign were subjected to the same treatment as Jewish people along with anyone else who didn’t who wasn’t part of the master race.

It's weird how we kinda just pick and choose what to see and hear. Sometimes we seem to underestimate Nazi damage and then other times we overestimate. Sometimes we put more emphasis on the good aspects of a celebrity who was more evil than they seemed. And all of this influences history for years, because we teach what we choose to teach. This means the true solution is to document every single thing and let people decide how they feel, but that can be difficult to do

While this may have happened the idea that the Nazis were not racist towards people with African decent is completely untrue. The Nazis persecuted Black people in Germany not only for their race, but also for other reasons, such as their politics. For instance, Hilarius “Lari” Gilges (b. 1909) was a Black German dancer and Communist activist from Düsseldorf, Germany. Nazis murdered him on June 20, 1933, and left his body in the street. Gilges’ murder took place during the first months of the Nazi regime, as the Nazis sought to destroy the German Communist movement. There are multiple documented experiences of Black people imprisoned in concentration camps. These include Mahjub bin Adam Mohamed (Bayume Mohamed Husen) who was imprisoned and murdered in Sachsenhausen, Gert Schramm imprisoned in Buchenwald, Martha Ndumbe imprisoned and murdered in Ravensbrück, and Erika Ngando imprisoned in Ravensbrück. Some of them, including Husen and Ndumbe, died in the camps. Others survived and left memoirs and testimonies of their experience.

No, At least not intentionally. When WW2 started, the allies ( Britain, France, Russia, US) were all involved. This made France and England unable to fight a war and maintain their colonies. The war destroyed the infrastructure and economies. WW2 ended before most African countries started fighting for independence which was in the 60’s. By this time, France, England, Italy, were trying to rebuild their infrastructures at the same time granting independence to their former colonies

Black Germans (there were a few) weren’t rounded up and murdered in Concentration Camps. I’ve heard two different Germans whose parents came from countries in Africa that had been colonized by Germany. I can’t remember which ones though. I want to say Zanzibar or Cameroon, but I’m not sure. One woman could no longer go to her German school, once Hitler said that only “aryans” could attend school in Germany. thankfully, she had a teacher, who taught her privately. That teacher and the teachers at her former school wanted to see that she got an education. She said they were very kind to her. Her father had died before the war. And her mom ran an antique store. She moved to the US as an adult. And taught for many years at the New York campus of the school she had attended in Germany. The other person who talked about growing up in Nazi Germany, was a man. His father had been a diplomat for one of countries that Germany had colonized. His mother was a White, German woman. He said that he was never harassed by the Nazis. He talked about him deciding that he must never date a German woman. He said he thought it wouldn’t be safe doing so. He lived in a small town and consequently never had any kind of romantic relationship. I found his story incredibly poignant.

@@Indyawillis85Well, you don't realize the severity of it sometimes BECAUSE of the severity. What was done to Africans by the non-Americans and non-Europeans, was so horrible that it has left little evidence. People didn't live through it and produce many descendants like they did in America. Both evil but to say that it was the worst in America is incredibly stupid.

Max Schmeling, a German boxer was a great friend to the late great Joe Louis who was a black man. Maybe we as Americans need to do our own American history.

The problem with many people of culture is they're constantly pursuing/seeking acceptance from Others in order to feel better about themselves, while the persistent self hatred is perpetuated upon self and other people of color😢
